Carol did a beautiful job for my wedding dinner. We had delicious beef wellington and Salmon. Plus, coconut shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, crab cakes and homemade pigs in a blanket. It was beautifully presented and delicious!
Carol of course never disappoints, IMO she is one of THE best chefs around! So glad she is back. We picked up the Butternut Squash Soup that WAS amazing. The Mediterranean Quiche was wonderful and the Pumpkin Pie was the best we ever had, seriously. My neighbors said her cream spinach was amazing,
The best pumpkin pie - hands down! Not sure of the spices used but incredible! Also butternut squash soup and quiche out of this world! Looking forward to more offerings by the dish as takeout.
