I was always a die heart Dunkin fan. Honestly within the last year, I have understand why everyone perfers starbucks. At Dunkin it is either bad service or my drink is wrong 9/10 its both. So dissapointed. Do not go to Dunkin in any Fairfield county ct locations.

Cheap franchise! I will go to another location. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, apparently they are in a financial crisis because there was barely on there. Another incident I had here was denying me of water. I was not asked if I wanted to pay for it either.

You guys should learn how to make Keto egg sausage and cheese sandwiches. It's not something new. You turn customers away because you refuse to make them. You end up losing $$$ because of it.
