It makes 0 sense how there are 2/3 managers in the store itself, one for drive through and one for the floor and you have your line piling up but the person thats suppose to take care of customers in the line is to busy piling food for the drive through when there’s already more than 5 ppl in that k

Just came to the drive through and the girl at the drive through was rude when she finally did answer. We said hello serval times before she decided to answer. Bad customer service.
