Burnt chicken wings very nasty and I called back as to speak to manger very rude and disrespectful

If you want my opinion, it sounds like this place moved to the ideal location. The person who answered the telephone was rude. I asked for contactless delivery and it was a major uproar. It was as if I said it in Spainish. I wish people would be more respectful for the fact that COVID-19 is real. People very close to me are no longer here because of it. The gentlement who delivered the pizza did not wear a mask, and it makes me question their practices at the restaurant. I honestly need to get in touch with the health department for a thorough investigation of this place. From beginiing to end, a horrible experience, and I didn't even mention yet how mediocore the pizza was. Oh! I just did. Don't expect management to respond to this review, it goes along with the theme of their business.

Since they moved into the diner the food quality has declined. Chicken strips are raw. French fries and onion rings are greasy. Rolls are rubbery.
Won't be ordering

You lost yourself a customer on the evening of June 7th 2016 by serving Chicken Souvlaki with an inch piece of bone in it, dried out meatballs that looked like they'd been sitting for hours and a dried up hard to even put a fork through piece of carrot cake. Highly disappointed.
You don't deserve any stars, but unless you mark a star you cannot get your review posted. I am truly disgusted by how badly this restaurant has fallen over the years. The restaurant was called and all they had to say was, "sorry." Nothing else was offered. Won't order from there again.

I have come here for pizza for years, but they apparently moved across the street and refuse to make slices of pizza now. How ridiculous is that?! What kind of PIZZA PLACE REFUSES TO DO PIZZA SLICES?! Absurd. I'm one person, I don't need a while pie. I will take my business elsewhere where I can get any amount of pizza I want.

Today Jerrys Shakespeare Pizza lost ANOTHER customer. I come here at least twice a week to buy pizza. I past by many pizza shops for this one here. BUT tonight I walk in tonight to get a plastic fork because I'm doing laundry next door and didn't pack a fork. I figure hey let me walk into my favorite pizza shop and ask for a fork. And he told me I need to buy something for a PLASTIC FORK. And I replied are you serious for a plastic fork?! Asked to see a manager and he refused. Offered him a quarter and refused lol then after a few more seconds of asking if he was serious he gave me a fork and I have him a quarter. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE SEEN. Wont be spending anymore of my dollars here 😄

I usually get only pizza which is the best in the general area. I ordered some steak & cheese on one day & ziti on another. Both were good. The ziti though you have to get one they make with all the cheese.

Pizza terrible, next day tried chicken Parmesan, hate the sauce and the chicken was like rubber. I gave them money twice but never again, this place is banned (i will never enter this place again)

Love Jerry's Shakespeare. I always get two slices of Sicilian pizza with extra sauce. Delicious!

Love their pizza. I have been going there for years. My parents have gone for years also, they call it date night. When I go I always get a small pizza, It comes out fresh and delicious; I eat what I can and take the rest home. I've had sausage, meatball, eggplant, artichoke heart... and they are all delicious.

Nightmare on Main Street. So we order take out at Jerry Mussolini's, what a disaster. I order a pepperoni Sicilian pie, my wife ordered a chicken parm, I'll get to that; and my friend ordered a "Bada-Bing-Bada-Boom" with added tomatoes and onions, more like a Dinga-ling-wit-Doom. Jerry says 15/20 minutes. We wait for 40 minutes (note that it's dead in there) while Jerry gives me dirty looks and shows off his supreme lack of customer service. We finally get the food and take it home where I discover my PEPPERONI Sicilian pie is just a plain cheese Sicilian that tastes like World War II France. The chicken parm is on par with a chicken patty from a junior high cafeteria. And finally, the "Bada-Bing-Dinga-Ling" was missing the added on tomatoes and onions. I would recommend this place to NO ONE, not even my most loathed enemies! We paid for Bad Food and Bad Attitude. Thanks Jerry!!!

OMG Awful!!!!. We went to Jerry's for pizza. My husband had the traditional pizza and I had the Sicilian. I took one bite,it was so bad, the cheese was sour and the sauce was rancid. I brought it up to the owner, he heard me tell my husband how bad it was but he just smiled. We paid the bill for both pizza's( no reduction for the whole pizza that was bad). Needless to say we will never, ever go back.

Yummy!!. I travel from orange ct to jerrys, just for their pepperoni and meatball sicilian pizza. It is a huge pizza for a cheap price and oh so yummy! I love this place!
Kate
I ordered a meatball grinder and it was three meatballs cut in half with barely any sauce. For what they charge I may as well just go to one of the other 10 pizza joints along that part of Main St. The place just seemed CHEAP. $7 for bread and three meatballs. First time and last time.
