Tried the Bridgeport location for the first time today. I ordered lunch. I got a 16 oz cold brew with almond milk and sugar free caramel. I also ordered the caprese panini. Total came to just under 15.00, which was okay because I have been wanting a caprese panini for a while since Panera took it off their menu and Starbucks never has them. I ordered online for pick up, navigating their website was decently easy so that is a plus. When I got there to pick up my order, there were 4 employees so I was glad the service would be decently quick. I received my order a few minutes late but I didn’t really care because I was not in a huge rush, just off to work for the day. I got my coffee first and it was really good, I sipped on it while I waited. Normally when you get cold brew with things added to it, it is bland, but this one was good. I got the panini a couple minutes later and wasn’t sure what to expect for over 8.00. I thought I would just get the panini. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and there was also chips and ranch in there ( it may be good to specify that when ordering. I could have missed it though.). I was glad that they included that. My pleasant surprise quickly turned to disappointment however because 1.) when I went to put the side of balsamic vinegar on my panini, the tomatoes were cut so thick (at least 1.5 to 2 inches thick) that when I went to eat my sandwich it was a slip and slide and got all over my shirt and face. 2.) I didn’t get any napkins, but it could have been a beginners mistake as they may have been on the counter for me to pick up myself. 3.) before I even bit into the thing, there was hair crusted into some of the cheese on the outside of the panini. I picked it off and went on about my day, because I really didn’t wanna wait another 10 minutes for another one. It kind of was a let down unfortunately. For 15.00 I could have went somewhere familiar and had the quality I expected. Employees weren’t over friendly, but they were ok in attitude. Coffee was ok. Just wish it gave me more. 🥺

They are a popular spot! Even when they get busy and only have one or two workers, they deliver good service so well!
They have so many good options for everyone, and cute merchandise to buy as well.

So I have a day off and decided to find a place to do paperwork outside of the hotel. Blackberry turnover and Jasmine tea. Great combo. The turnover is large but thin so it's not too heavy. Good flavor ro the pastry so I bet the pies are really good also. Friendly staff and just a great place to stop. Recommended 👍

The panini's I ordered were just horrible. They had no sauces to go with them, the bread seemed stale and I seemed to wait forever for my order. Even the table was dirty. Never again and if anyone ask about this place, I will be sure to warn them!

Love this place so much! The service is always friendly and the food is always SO good. I've never had anything that wasn't delicious! Salads, pepperoni rolls, cheesecake, pie, iced lattes, etc. It's all good!

I get a caramel latte from AH and it's always on point. Each barista takes their time on each step. The occasional pastry plus the hot drinks makes this a great place to stop on your way to or from work/school/home.

So, my first visit to AHD wasn’t what i thought it would be. Too start, everything is extremely overpriced, and to top it off, the women working were very rude. They treated my friend and I like we were less than them. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not be returning.

I had never been here -- cool selections of cakes, pies, delectable desserts, shakes, coffees and anything and I mean anything for a sweet tooth -- I wanted one of everything and sat outside in their hang chair -- open air-wired wicker-type like a hammock -- good place to share a relaxing moment or a giggle :)

We have going to Almost heaven For May years. Best coffee shop in the region hands down. Great people great treats. If your ever anywhere in the area you MUST stop in. We usually get a couple Cheesecakes to bring home to Louisville Ky and share with friends.

Diet destroyers. If you're looking to spend a lazy afternoon with a good friend this is an amazing place to go. <br/>I tried the cannoli, it was delicious. The variety of cakes and desserts is incredible, it took me a while to finally decide on the cannoli and a single cream horn. (I've added pictures). <br/>The internal decor is cozy and inviting, the lady behind the counter was nice and friendly, I didnt know what a cannoli is but e described it to me.

While in Clarksburg for some sushi , we decided we needed some post-dinner dessert. After a quick look on Urbanspoon , we discovered Almost Heaven Desserts and Coffee Shop wasn't too far away and happened to be open pretty late. It seems their main bakery is actually in Clarksburg, but it's only open Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Coffee Shop, however, is in Bridgeport and is open Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The coffee shop wasn't tough to find, and there was parking along the side. As soon as I walked inside, I felt at home. It's this very cool, very hip vibe - but not in a pretentious way. It's homey, and I instantly knew this would be my home-away-from-home if I lived in this area. On the walls are chalkboards listing different coffee, bagels, cookies, shakes and a few select food items. But the large, lit cases of desserts were stealing my attention. It's cheesecak
