Must start this review with the following ... while Firehouse Subs remains one of my favorite sub/sandwich restaurants, I feel that I must provide an accurate & realistic review of my experience at their Conference Center Way, Bridgeport, WV, location earlier today, 22 July, 2021.

This location is such a hit or miss, but mostly misses recently. Bread was not toasted even though I asked for it extra toasted in hopes of it just being even a little bit toasted. My sub was missing 1/4 of its meat as well. When I ordered this past Saturday, it was great. But when I had ordered it
Really great people, service, and food! Everything is amazing! I love how they have an option for gluten free bread!
Put in a online order, drove to the location wife goes in to pick it up and stands there for 15 to 20 minutes. After finally raining her voice a rude female come over and asks what she wanted. After telling the girl that she was there to pick up a online order the girl tells her that they don’t have
The sandwiches don't disappoint. Service was great and fast. Like that they make everything fresh and they support first responders.
They took our order not telling us be awhile. I f I known would have gone somewhere else. Food same as others.
Love the subs,wish we had one in our town. Love what they stand for
Firehouse is a favorite sandwich shop of our whole family. Online ordering is available, just tedious at times. Sandwiches are fresh and ready on time or in timely fashion. Have always received friendly service.
