TGI Fridays is just down the hill from the Hawthorne hotel. The food and the service was great! I highly recommend it. We got the glazed salmon and rice and the bucket of bones which is a rib and wing combo. The whiskey glaze on the ribs tasted just like the glaze on the salmon. The glaze is good. The overall experience was good.

First I would like to say Thank You for accommodating our family doing our time of bereavement in our family...✝️❤️✝️ Thank You so much we really needed that time of togetherness. For some of use it was our first time visiting West Virginia....ever and we really enjoyed our stay. I really enjoyed the layout of your restaurant and see the food cooked in front of use. I'm a WING LOVER and salad as well my food was good and hot my salad was clean and good. My family enjoy as well.... EVERYBODY we laughed a little, we cried a little we even PRAYED a little. I ate here for the first time today with my boyfriend and it will also be the last. Our waitress was really nice and her service to us was really awesome. That was the only good part of the experience. When we saw their prices we thought we’d get a pretty decent meal with decent portion sizes. That is not the case. My boyfriend got a sirloin, mashed potatoes, and broccoli for $16. The steak was so tiny he ate it in 5 bites… which actually ended up being a good thing in a way because of how poor the steak tasted too. It was tough, had no flavor, and just all around wasn’t good. The broccoli tasted like it came straight from a microwaved bag. My hamburger was okay but the burger itself didn’t have any flavor. The french fries were also mediocre at best. I can’t believe what they are charging for food that (at best) is only edible. We didn’t have my boyfriend’s food sent back because we didn’t want to cause an issue with our server at all since she was so nice and it wasn’t her fault. We also figured whatever they brought back out wouldn’t be much better because it wasn’t how the food was cooked or that it was wrong, it was just the overall quality and price.

Waitress was timely and accurate despite having another huge table. Food was great and steak was cooked properly. Great experience overall. Update, actually had the same waitress again. She was great. Steak ended up having a huge gristle in it taking up about 70% of the steak. They made it right by replacing the steak.

Had soup and salad. Chicken noodles. Noodles not done and the soup was a little sour, like a spoiled taste. They took it back, cook sent word it was within the out date time but the other cook said it tasted funny to him. So they gave me another kind. It was good. Waitress was exceptional. Establishment very clean. Prices very high.

The first time my family and I went there (back when they first opened up) was just a horrible experience. I understand that with a new place opening up, there's bound to be hiccups along the way. We haven't been back until tonight. We won't be going back again. Took around 20 minutes for the waitress to take our drink orders and appetizer order. 20 more minutes go by and we finally get our drinks and appetizer and the waitress takes our main order. The restaurant was not busy at all, maybe a total of 17 patrons inside. 5 minutes go by and our main entrees arrive while we just started with the appetizer. The food was extremely bland, almost like the steaks were boiled and then seared. We decided to just take the appetizer home with us and start on our entree when the waitress comes up to us to ask if we're going to need a box and if we're ready for the check. She brings the check and hovers until I get my card out to pay. She takes off and immediately brings us the receipt. Where was that speed at at the beginning? I can understand a little bit that you're rushing your customers when you're about to close up, but not when there's still close to an hour before you close. Summary: -Service was slow when taking drinks but extremely fast when it came to paying/tipping -Food was really bland -Price was expensive for the amount of said food. We could've went to Outback or Texas Roadhouse for a much larger better tasting steak and better experience for less. -Was rushed out

Our food was very good and our server Morgan was wonderful and kind she made our date very enjoyable I loved her positive energy not many people in this world are that nice anymore but she made my day and the food and drinks came very quickly we didn’t have to wait long at all I highly recommend dining here we will definitely be back next time we’re in the state

We enjoyed the rib, Jack Daniels chicken and shrimp platter with some loaded fries . The food was great as was the service ! Our waitress , Cetara was friendly , attentive and totally awesome ! Her service and attitude alone was definitely worth the trip ! Kudos for a most enjoyable dining experience ! We'll be back just to see our waitress ! A+

Excellent wait staff, and superior cleanliness but food was absolutely horrible. Including the appetizer and main meal. From cold food, to stuff not having hardly any flavor or seasoning.

The Spinach Queso dip was the bomb! Best steak I’ve had in a long time, tender,juicy and good flavor and cooked to perfection just the way I asked. Our waitress was so friendly and funny. We will definitely be back!

Food was great. Prices were a little high but it was still good. But our waitress was rude. I actually saw her put ice in a cup put her hand on top of the cup tip the cup over to were the ice hit her hand, tip the cup back over, put more ice in the cup and filled it up with tea and gave them to two customers. I will return, but if given her again we will ask for a different waitress.
