Takes literally 20 minutes for them to not even put ranch in the bag. This is a consistent thing. I work at a food business so I understand but one burger and one large fry can't be that hard every single night.
Come here once a week and order through the app and this is 2 times now. My order has been lost and the Karen wants to act like she can’t help me that it’s my fault. Come on wendys be better.

Food was good and service was fast. Employees were on point and friendly.
The new chicken sandwich is a spicy chicken ,which it doesn't say and I can eat spicy food took over 15 minutes to get our order through drive through because they ran out of chicken at lunch time .
We went in the drive thru and was asked to par and wat for food. There was no body behind us
