Food was great, waited 40 mins on a Sunday which wasnt bad, it was alot of people, food came out fairly quickly, everything was delicious, my only complaints were my orzo rice was kind of cold and they forgot to bring out my side ceasar salad, and it took so long for him to come back by, I had to end up getting it to go, and I wish there were some light music playing, it was a little TOO quiet, but I will definitely return here, the biscuits melt in your mouth and my colada drink was the best!
Decided to stop by for lunch and planned on ordering shrimp, but ended up with a steak and lobster deal instead. So glad that happened because the food was absolutely delicious. Whoever was in the kitchen the day I went put love into what they cooked. The bartender was very kind, made a great drink, and he also was a great server also. He wore many hats. Lol. It was clean and the atmosphere was casual and calm. Will be returning in the future for sure.
Those string beans are the business!! I recommend u try. I ordered the lobster and shrimp tacos. Chocolate wave was my dessert.
Only thing I didn’t appreciate was the flying bug. Those biscuits are disgusting per usual. Not a big fan of the tacos either but I tried something new.
The service and food was fantastic. My food order was perfect big portions hot and delicious.
The server was professional and made suggestions and was great. The ladies bathroom was not up to par.
I've been here 3 times this month. I like the endless shrimp deal. The first two times were very pleasant ( that's where the five stars come from). The last time was not so pleasant, and sadly I was with my daughter so the experience was also noticed by her. There was no reason we should have been waiting as long as we were. There was a table of six that came in 10 minutes after us, and they received their drinks and food before we did. We waited 20 minutes just to get drinks. It was so upsetting to the point where I probably won't come back to this location. The manager was very apologetic, but the server was not. She didn't even acknowledge that she had did anything wrong. She was steady saying that the food was coming, but the food had been sitting a long time because it was cold 😩🤦🏾♀️ Again, I have been here two times prior , so I know everything was supposed to be hot. We came in right after the rush, so there was no issue with it being too busy. We had a server that didn't know how to prioritize her time or be accountable for the lack there of. I would have been more understanding if she would have apologized. Sadly, I did not enjoy my experience the third time.
The irony is I still had to tip her according to my standards, which was not what I wanted to do because I was not pleased at all with her service . The whole dynamics of having dinner at Red lobster with my daughter, changed due to the service. However, she was nice, ironically.
The employees who are in front are young brats.
I placed an order for pick up and told them to update the time of cooking and pick up.. and when I arrived there, I asked them how long the food has been sitting there , I was told it just came out !! STAFF DEFINITELY HAVE TO BE REPLACED with professional servers and customer service reps. Your employees are killing your business. Manager was very nice to replace my cold meal ! 4 star because of manager and food tasted good !
Otherwise this location needs an update with employees who don't lie and who do not have nasty attitude problems.
The wait time was ridiculously long for the time of day we arrived. Our server was Venus, which was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! She was on point. She went over and beyond as a server! She was so pleasant and polite and very knowledgeable of the menu. She made our dining experience exceptional!
Food was delicious and came pretty quickly. Venus was super nice and helpful with everything. Amazing service and super food! Best combo!
Once again Red Lobster comes through as the best seafood franchise on the planet. This restaurant's dining atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. The place was exceptionally clean. The staff & waitresses were amicable, attentive & professional. The food was immaculate. We ordered the lobster stuffed flounder, grilled Atlantic salmon & the seafood stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer.
Everything was great! Excellent food and service!
I never chose this location on purpose. Last evening we were in the vicinity and hubby chose this location and I was not happy about it but kept quiet. It was close enough to closing time which was my highest concern.
Oh but let me tell you. Cierra(Sierra) was our server and this young lady is awesome, super friendly, great personality, professional, customer service oriented and knows the menu like the back of her hand. Our order was delivered exceptionally fast, all the foods was hot, well prepared and not one single error. She was great at anticipating our needs and even down to the to go cup for extra water.
Cierra (Sierra) will be the reason I return to this location!
I would suggest she be responsible for training new staff
I accompanied my mom to a luncheon with friends/old co-workers, and we were not disappointed. The server was awesome. She was professional, patient, polite, and thorough. The food was good, as expected, and the price was right.😊 The atmosphere was overall good.
Our first time at Red lobster. Excellent price, delicious food, super friendly staffs. If anyone wants to have shrimp fries, shrimp pasta, choose the Ultimate endless shrimp menu, $22/person. Out of 5 different options, choose any one to start then switch to other as you like. Mikail was our waiter. He is such a nice person. We will definitely go again.
The food was good and fresh. Our server was great. I'm bummed I can't remember his name. I couldn't give 5 stars due to the very long wait time we had after being seated. We understand that staffing shortages are the problem. Keep doing the best you can.
