Nice place for dinner or for your banquet needs. I've always really liked Ciao Amici's since it opened in Brighton. A few years back (in 2011), we had our wedding rehearsal dinner there. We had a large rehearsal dinner with about 90 guests, as we invited all the out of town people. There's a nice, decently-sized banquet room in the basement. We also had a slide show going, as they have a projector that's available for use. Everyone was pleased with how the dinner went.

Real Food. Ciao Amici's is a true gem hidden right smack in the middle of Downtown Brighton! It's often a destination for our family when we have reason to celebrate!
I can only attribute the low rating percentage to the fast food culture we seem to live in. Real food takes time, and quality ingredients may not be cheap, but "fast food" isn't fast...isn't food...and isn't cheap!
The Gnocchi in Garlic Cheese Sauce is Amazing! Pure comfort food. There are many things on the menu that I'd like to try, but always find myself ordering the Gnocchi.

Delicious. A bit pricey but that's okay, it's a romantic atmosphere.
I'd go just for the bread, wow! :)

We love it.... We have only been here once, but it was lovely. Don't understand the low ratings? Ate outside...very romantic and relaxing...food was awesome. Can't wait to go back.

Great Italian. Kinda shocked that this place has a relatively low rating. The food was EXCELLENT. The only downside was that service was relatively slow. I say relatively because it really depends on which part of the service you're talking about. The only part that really got to be too long was between the drink order and the food order. We were with a group of 8 and were chatting away, don't really blame them for giving us extra time.

Back to the food. My wife had the Chilean Seabass, and it was very good. I had the Veal Gorganzola and it was also quite tasty. The green beans are quite buttery, and the whipped potatoes are simple but fresh. Others had chicken parm, chicken gorganzola, lasagna. and seafood pasta and all got rave reviews. I was also particularly impressed with the balsamic cream sauce on the house salad, and the breadsticks. We got dessert, and i had an Amaretto/almond cake and my wife had the tiramisu. Both were creamy and sweet with out being too rich. The wine we had was also very good. If you're in Brighton, and want great italian or a nice place to celebrate a special occasion, this is absolutely the place to go.

A great find. Just moved to Brighton from the city and boy was I thrilled to find this place! The food, ambiance and service far exceeded my expectations. Guess I wont have to head into the city or Ann Arbor every time I want a great meal. Went on a Tuesday night and the food and service were as attentive as you would want on any weekend night. My husband I each ordered wine by the glass, nice selection, and both tasted like the bottle was freshly opened, on a tuesday! without even asking! Started with crab stuffed portobella, good nice sized portion, a little bit rich for me, but well seasoned.Gorgonzola Dinner salad was super fresh and very well dressed, soup of the day was hearty, ltalian with a twist. sea bass was very well cooked nice burre blanc, good portion size. Gorgonzola linguini with beef tips was very good as well. great homemade tiramisu, plenty to share. we will be back often!

Today on the Bite Tonight: Ciao Amici’s Italian Restaurant. My brother is in town for Houston so he decided to rent a lake house in Brighton instead of a hotel. On our way back from a full family day, we decided to grab some grub. Ciao Amici’s is located on Main St. in Brighton. See how they ranked. Atmosphere: 3.5 out of 5 bites Price: 3 out of 5 bites Quality/Taste: 3 out of 5 bites Service: 3 out of 5 bites Wow Factor: 2 out of 5 bites ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Emigila Romagna: Sliced Italian sausage, tri-colored peppers & onions baked with crushed garlic. The huge hunks of Italian sausage were a surprise and I would’ve preferred them to be cut smaller. Flavor was on point and the crust was crispy and chewy. Classic Pizza: House blend mozzarella and pepperoni. Nice sauce to pie ratio. Classic, simple, yet comforting. We stopped in to Ciao Amici’s around 4 pm Monday and it was completely empty. Service was good, but we sat at the bar and waited for our pies to be done
