Good,quick, family style Mexican food in a casual fine in environment. We like this place but this time when we got our sides of salsa, it was as if, they forgot to fill up the container. The containers barely had any salsa in them at all. Since it’s the first time it’s happened, we’ll call it a fluke. I hope it’s not how it’s going to be from here on out. Check out the pics.
Swampy wanted some real Mexican Food! This is the place. We had the smothered burrito absolutely awesome and the Chili Fries mouth watering. A define must if you are in Brighton Colorado
Still in my top three Colorado restaurants, although the have moved to the number two spot on the green chili roster they still have some of the best Mexican food in CO!! I will likely be a life long customer. 😎 The beef and bean indian taco smothered in half and half is and always will be my dish of choice. However I have had just about everything on the menu and it's all very good!
This place never disappoints. Mexican food can really upset my stomach. At Santiagos I walk out having enjoyed my meal, not regretting it later. The green chili, breakfast burritos, enchiladas and barbacoa tacos are excellent. The service is always good and fast here.
One of the best places to seat down enjoy a meal with quality service and atmosphere. Not only that but some of the best green chili I’ve ever. Hands down best salsa I’ve ever had. Thank you very much.
