Review Sacy's Restaurant - Brimley

Beautiful Indian casino, so exciting! The facility is really big with a Lake Superior gaming room, Lake Huron gaming room and a small glass gaming room next to the deli. I played the 25¢ slot machines, and hit for over $800! First time ever winning at a casino. Conveniently attached to the hotel. They have a gift shop, deli, restaurants, bars, conference rooms, entertainment room for concerts, and a bingo room, plus I'm sure more. One thing I wish they had was a kids room with daycare services, like Soaring Eagle has in Mt. Pleasant. Overall, recommend!

I called to reserve a room for the weekend and I needed to talk to Northern Rewards to get some clarification and help on my rewards that I didn't know I had! I spoke to Will and he was WONDERFUL! Such patience and so nice to talk with. Looking forward to you singing happy birthday to my daughter soon! Thanks Will!

I have been a loyal patron of all kewadin casinos and rarely find a reason to complain. However when arriving Saturday evening exhausted and ready to check into our room we were instantly made to feel unwelcomed by Rebecca at front desk. She seemed annoyed and extremely unfriendly from the moment we approached desk. Then low and behold we had an issue with our credit card needed for incidentals. She then proceeded to talk down to us after offering no options to help further escalating our embarrassment. I felt disrespected and did not feel someone with no compassion or abilities to help should hold a customer service position. Thank goodness for the young lady working executive services who immediately took actions to actually resolve the issue and without causing additional complications for us. Rebecca I sincerely hope you never find yourself 4 hours from home relying on a person of your coliaber to help. You were quite proud of yourself to represent kewadin as a place that turns away loyal patrons with reservations. AL while letting it be known you would do nothing to resolve matter nor believing its your job too. I will not hold kewadin responsible for one rude, disrespectful, and uncaring employee however I will expect the guest from now on not to be humiliated or treated as less than. Again a big thank you to executive services for clearing matter up in literally 2 minutes.

We stayed at the RV park and it’s a lovely well kept area. Will definitely return for that park! No water hookup but they have a hose for you to fill up. No dump station. Was very happy to hear we could use the pool and sauna. However, Friday night the pool was packed with a large group of unruly boys with very little supervision. So that was a Downer! Saturday afternoon and we basically had the pool to ourselves and we thoroughly enjoyed that. The band Risqué played on the non smoking side of the casino and they were great. We had fun playing poker and listening to them play some fun dance music!

Staff was all very nice and helpful. They let us check in super early since we arrived ahead of schedule. Pool was nice and clean. Close to the soo locks. I would stay here again. Had kids with me and they loved it. Worth it for the price for sure.

Highly Recommend, if you like a more quiet and friendly casino. The only complaint I have is there is no control on the bathroom sink and the water is hot! The hotel is nice, the staff is amazing and will definitely be back. We live in Muskegon and made the trip up there as it is beautiful in the area. The food was good at the deli too.

I can't speak on the rooms but we went MIPARACON and the casino and common areas are great. Restaurant had buffet service that weekend, so I don't know about the menu, but the buffet was good! Tried the deli last year and also enjoyed it. It's such a great location, and I love the historic items and history shared.

Our room was nice, could be updated, ate at restaurants could have more items on menu, as for Casino the slots seemed on the tight side the staff were very nice, with all said we had a nice stay.

Sault St. Marie Kewadin Casino and Hotel is a wonderful place. My wife and I stayed at Kewadin for a 3 day vacation and had a fantastic time. All the employees there were pleasant and upbeat. The gaming was great along with our restraunt experience. From check in to check out it was great. No complaints just compliments kudos to the entire Kewadin Sault St Marie staff, keep up the great work. We'll be seeing you soon.

No advance notice of menu changes at Dreamcatchers (due to concert that evening) was extremely disappointing! We wish we had known ahead of dinner time.

I had a good time here. I stayed in a smoking room because that is all they could give me, but it really didn't smell like smoke at all! The casino itself looks dated, some much needed renovations would really make my visit a 11/10

Slots were nice. Mix of older and newer slots. Older casino, very heavy smoke....I'm a smoker, but the last casino, the smoke stench, was not nearly as heavy. From what we saw, it's not a very big casino.

Stayed in the rv park, pretty good overall. The casino has smoking and non smoking areas, but no doors in between so everything smells slightly like cigarettes. Kind of a long walk from the rv area to the hotel desk to register, then a long walk back to your RV. Good looking casino with plenty of slot machines and some video blackjack etc. Pool was nice and large, good temperature. Rv bathrooms and showers were clean, large, and well lit. Would stay again, just wish the place didn't smell like smoke

This is a very nice place to stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Only negative is that the resurant is close Monday and Tuesday. Deli was open, so dinner options were very limited.

The a/c was on and off, couldn't get it cool enough 1st night, finally seemed to start working correctly, for the next day and night of my stay. No refrigerator, no microwave. The worst bathroom sink I've ever seen, you turn in by sensors on it by waving hand under sink spout.. it runs for approx 15-20 seconds, even if only need a couple seconds? No temp control, you only get warmish water, cool to shave with, and too warm to get a glass of water to drink. Never have I seen a sink/faucet as bad as this, and I have never had a need to comment on one. I had my own room, as did my buddy had his, he had the same complaints as I. We'd ridden motorcycles to this place for a nice few days of riding, gambling. Don't know if I'd pick this destination again. The deli sandwich shop was great food, and the service from the guys working there was very good & pleasant, even though they were understaffed and under pressure each time we went.
