No pictures to post with this because we just gobbled down our food so quickly that I didn't even think of taking the photos! We were greeted very warmly and cordially; seated right away, even given a choice of where we'd like to sit. Meg, who took care of us, couldn't have been more warm, friendly and helpful. She even acknowledged my service dog and offered to bring her water. When I explained how Holly usually doesn't drink until after she's had her meal, and then likes to have a cream added to it, Meg made sure to take care of that at the appropriate time. And, she even sent me on the road with an ice tea to go! The salad bar was incredibly fresh, very cold, very beautiful and phenomenally delicious. There was nothing that was missing that would have enhanced my salad any further. We had told Meg that we we would be splitting our two entrees of New Orleans Seafood and the Hickory Bourbon Salmon, so she brought out extra plates ahead of time. I usually fill up on salad and take entrees home, but these entrees were so perfectly cooked and so amazingly delicious (whoever was Chef today gets a 10 star rating! These entrees and the grilled asparagus were cooked to perfection. The two different fish dishes flaked off with a fork and were wonderfully prepared!) that we devoured them both. I've had these two entrees at various Ruby Tuesdays with varied results and this was to perfection! From the moment we walked in, till the warm goodbyes when we left, this was a very, very, very good dining experience. Thank you, Meg, and gang, for sending us out of Bristol, with the wishes to come back again and have another phenomenal meal, with great service♡

Went there with my family on Saturday. Food was great. Waitress named Gabby was the best.

Food was everything, service was amazing, it was quite just the way I wanted it. Lunch date with my BFF was perfect we ate and couldn't move... We thought after appetizer and lunch we could have handle desert 😂 well it didn't happen. All we did was take a pic and laugh we knew we were full.... That desert was meant for a family of 6.... Looks pretty but no room at all. Our eyes were bigger than our tummy.

Can't get a salad bar anywhere in the area. So glad they have kept it. And the options available are great!! So much to choose from and it's always being restocked and rotated. If you don't see something you want.. just ask.. but I doubt you will have a problem. The chicken and shrimp pasta is amazing. Nice friendly staff.. wait time varies on time and day.. but we get in before the dinner rush on weekends and get out just as the lines are forming. If you want a selection in a comfortable atmosphere.. I recommend stopping in. (Did I mention the fresh strawberry lemonade?! AMAZING!) Perfect for summer, and it's included with the free refills.., (you may need a water after one or 2 )

Place was kind of empty. Our server was very polite. The food was good wasn't the best we had but not horrible. The mashed potatoes and steak was great. Fried shrimp was over fried and the baked potato lacked flavor. Everything else was good. Table was cleaned, cups and utensils were very clean. Would come back.
