Michelle is the best.... she’s the absolute best! She remembers everyone’s favorites and has it ready as soon as they step into the line. She hasn’t been there in a couple weeks and i definitely miss her. 😩 i would always ask for extra sugar for my tea. She took the time to ask how i liked it and started making it that way so I wouldn’t have to go thru the trouble of adding sugar! Super amazing customer service that was. ☺️
This Dunkin can get busy but since it's a walk in only the employees take better care of you. And if theres anything wrong with your order they will fix it immediately.
This is by far the best dunking in Bristol no matter time of day! Staff is always polite except the older lady with hair things she has her moments but I love this one better then them all!
Awesome service!!!! They hand me my coffee as I get to register! I love it! They are friendly, no exactly what I want, it’s clean in there and it’s my new Dunkin’ Donuts!
