Very dissatisfied and disappointing cant even make a veggie aub the WAY its made on the menu paid for extra cheese didn't get it nor the oregano salt pepper or olive oil, THANK GOD THEY REMEMBERED NOT TO PUT TOMATOES ON IT but I didn't order cucumbers if I didn't order it then I WOULD NOT LIKE IT ON

Absolutely the Best subs around!!! A bit more expensive but you get what you pay for!!!

Best Sub all around. Fresh ingredients. Made to order and wonderful staff. I Love this Mike's. They need to send their crew to Subway on Weaver Pike to show them how to make a sub.

I eat here often ,not for convenience, but because the staff is helpful and friendly, my order is always correct,the breads and meats and veggies are always freash , no brown looking lettuce on my sandwich. Favorite location !

Just ordered number 13 with extra meat and cheese sub in tub Togo. No lettuce .Have called the store on Volunteer parkway 3x's no answer. Very disappointing $25 and change for a regular #13 and double meat and cheese sub in tub to only get it home and dont have lettuce.

Service at this store has become very disappointing. Orders placed online are never ready when they are suppose to be. We use to come in and eat before COVID, but now we place orders for pick up. The last three times we have placed an order it has not been ready at the time given in the email for p
