We ordered online. My drink was 90% ice, they shorted us a mozzarella stick, the bacon on the blts was super burnt, and there was like no cheese on my cheese tots. This was just our attempt at dinner tonight. This place once forgot to put meat on my burger. Stop smoking on the job, kids. I'm hungry.
Went for sundae told no hot fudge nd after asking what flavors were available the female just failed to respond back. Very rude. The manager was sitting outside maybe interviewing someone not sure he waived as we left but I'm sure he wasn't aware his employee failed to communicate or serve.

It's completely understandable and knowing you have to wait but it's everytime happy hour here you push the red button and if there is more then 4 cars there you wait 15 to 20 minutes to hear a voice to take order. Pick any 3-4 days out of 7 and you can't get a bag of ice, but you can buy 6 Rt 44 cups of ice no problem. Make it make sense. Don't advertise "bags of pellet ice" if you can't produce it because a location with such a high volume should never have a "poorly functioning ice maker."
