Went here for lunch with a small group. We all got the unlimited lunch combo. Grabbed the garlic knots as a quick appetizer. They were really good! Salads were good, simple salads. Drinks were good. Staff was great! We waited a while for our salads. They came out after we had all finished a round of pizza. Some of the pizzas were a little burned & crispy. Maybe the pizza is just hit & miss during the lunch time.

Nice pizza shoppe in the downtown area. Our server was friendly and attentive and helped make some local suggestions for us. Portions were good to split a pie and take some home. I wish there were a few more taps for the size of the bar, but it was a good kicking off point to explore downtown area

All I can say is yum! We loved our thin crust pizza. Atmosphere was great and our server, Winchell, was friendly and attentive. Forgot to get a picture of our fried mozzarella but that was also good. Five stars for great food, great atmosphere, and great service.

One of my all time favorites pizza places. We often head to Andolini's for their lunch special, all you can eat salad and pizza slices. However, do not confuse this for a box-chain store. Great pizza and incredible meat balls.

I've ordered from this Andolini's location many times. When they get it right, the food is fantastic, but when they get it wrong it's usually a miserable failure. That's why there are so many mixed reviews here. Last night takes the cake for me. I spent $120 on apps, pizza, and pasta, ordered online via their website and fulfilled by Doordash. Food was at my door 1 hour 10 minutes later which I thought was pretty good for a Saturday night. The pizza was wonderful. The stromboli was a little soggy but still good. The caprese antipasto was a joke. The tomato slices were ENDS - you know, the part that's hard to chew and belongs in the garbage - and also extremely thinly sliced, barely the width of a fork tine. I don't know how they can possibly think that's acceptable. Also, if there was balsamic glaze on it I couldn't see or taste it. I love this appetizer and it never used to be like this, but it seems like sometime last year they started having problems making it correctly - from using tomato ends to missing olives, thin slices of mozzarella, no balsamic, etc. Whenever there's been an issue and I complained, they made it right, but who wants to do that all the time? You know what I really want? For my food to be right the first time.
*** EDIT: After communicating with Mike, the owner, I wanted to add this update to my review. Not only did he make things right with my recent order, he went above and beyond in addressing my concerns about past orders. He cares deeply about his restaurant and is committed to providing customers with a great dining experience, so while mistakes and miscommunications can happen (we're all human, after all) I'm confident I will always be taken care of at Andolini's.

I attended the Deep Cuts Pint Night, which they have every Tuesday. This week's featured beer was "Dear, Joy" by Lively Beerworks, which is an Oklahoma City brewery. I have to say that this was one of the best beers I have ever tasted. I reached out to the brewery the next day to see if this beer was available in stores, but unfortunately it is just a limited release. They don't even offer in their taproom anymore, so I'm surprised Andolini's was able to feature it. One extra bonus for Pint Night is that you get to keep the glass, so it ends up being a great deal for $5.
As for the pizza, I had the special slice of the night: Maui Waui. This pizza was topped with Genoa salami, Canadian bacon, jalapeño and pineapple. I was excited about everything except the pineapple, but I figured I should give it a try and I'm glad I did. The flavors on this slice were outstanding and I would definitely have it again, including the pineapple. The huge slice was also $5, so the entire experience cost me $10 and I went home with a commemorative pint glass.

The diavolo is by far the best pizza I have ever had. The diavolo is specially cooked in handmade oven at 900°, turned multiple times for baked perfection.
Additionally, Bryan was our server at the bar and he really truly takes care of every customer and experience. Keep up the amazing service!

I have gotten pizza to go before from this location and it was amazing, but when we dined in on 10/18 we were very disappointed not only with the food but the service. It seemed like they were very short staffed but it took a good 15 mins just to get our drinks after being seated. We ordered garlic knots, they took another about 15-20 mins for them to be brought out. We ordered the Vesuvio pizza which we have had before-it is supposed to come Alfredo sauce (I hate red pizza sauce with a passion) so it’s nice to have another option. It took almost 45 mins to get our pizza- and it was wrong and had red sauce on it. Our server never came back to check on us or the food so I just had to pick the toppings off the pizza. By this time we decided to not even mention it when the server came back because we had waited soooo long for EVERYTHING to be brought out. I’m pretty disappointed in our visit and probably won’t be eating in again.

I have read several different reviews both positive and negative about Andolini’s. My family just ate dinner here last night. It was our first time, since we are not from the area, and the overall experience was great. Our server, Tim, was very attentive to us and did a fantastic job. My girls were brought some dough balls to keep them entertained while we waited for our meal. The homemade mozzarella slices were absolutely delicious. Both my girls had the kids cheese pizza, my wife had the chicken Alfredo, and I had the traditional Stromboli. All of it was delicious and filling. We experienced zero issues, even though we did come in about 45 minutes before closing. Our bill was about what I figured it would be for local homemade cuisine. This is definitely a place we will be frequenting more often. I will drive out of my way just to eat at Andolini’s. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful dining experience.

So why 2 stars?
Why would a restaurant put all new staff in the kitchen that can’t cook? Not just this time but I blame the kitchen constantly. More times than not we wait more than 30 minutes for our food. We usually have to get it done over because it is over cooked many times. Maybe people like their pizza burnt. We have given up order Stromboli or calzone because they will be burnt on the outside to be done inside or dough inside if it is just right outside. Cooking pizza is not new to me. A calzone cooks too fast if you try to cook it in the pizza oven. It also requires some attention. Last night it took almost 40 minutes to get my pizza and it had to go back because it was burnt again. I finally got to eat 58 minutes after ordering! Sorry Andolonis. You may have a certificate of graduation from pizza academy in california but you need to figure it out here.

By and far Andolinis is my favorite place to eat pizza but last nigth was a disappointment. The pizza crust lacked that good chewiness and salt. Your normal good flavors were missing.

But those four ladies, especially, have restored my faith in customer service! We will definitely continue our family tradition of going to see Andolini’s every time our family is in town! I had my daughters 15th birthday party during one of the busiest times for the restaurant and I have to say they were completely amazing. Hope, the GM, was accommodating and so nice! We loved this place! The restaurant was close to our hotel and recommended by a friend. All ingredients were extremely fresh, even the garlic was cut by hand!! our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us make great choices for being first timers. You could tell she genuinely loved her job and the food they served. We will definitely be back when in the area!
