We hardly ever eat out, but ended up hungry down in Broken Arrow and the menu looked good. the food was excellent! I ordered something would never usually order and got the catfish meal. It was the only time I ever finished Cole slaw, SO GOOD! Even the okra was perfect and not soggy at all. Husband got the pimento cheese burger that was tall, juicy and so flavorful. Best of all was the excellent service. Dee is the sweetest, and the manager checked in on us. Would absolutely return!

The Burger's are amazing and perfectly cooked!! The drink's are creative and delicious! The corn dip was awesome as well. Staff is attentive and friendly. All around great dining experience!!

The food was amazing! Best fries I have ever had and the pork belly Mac n cheese was very good. The pulled pork sandwich was also a 10/10. Service was solid and there are a lot of big tables. Bring friends!

I picked her to go for my birthday dinner! NO, they didn't know it was my birthday! Good service and OMG! serving size! YOU MUST GO HERE FOR DINNER! We will be back but have enough food left over for the weekend at a more than reasonable price! GO TO FRANKLINS!

Update: I have been back a few times and am lowering my review to 3 stars. both toast and franklins. Breakfast quality has suffered a bit and after bringing several large groups (10+ people) to franklins for lunch the consensus is its good but nothing special.
Franklin's is actually 2 restaurants, Franklins, which is a pub, and Toast which is more of a breakfast brunch feel. I have been to both 4 or 5 times each and certainly plan on going back.
Toast:
I give 4.5 stars, I have not had a bad meal here. I love the hash and have tasted the crepes (much to my delight my wife can never finish all of hers). This has overtaken Shilo's, first watch, and mom's as my favorite breakfast location in Tulsa/BA. I would go here every week if I could!

value: 4 (id say its priced well but on the high end if you start adding coffee or OJ)
Franklins I give 3 stars. The pork-chop is excellent, mainly due to the hominy grits. The cheese curds are outstanding (better than the fair). I also like the cuban and my friends have enjoyed the burgers (although if you are looking for burgers go across the street to main street tavern). But I found the Chicken Marsala with risotto and mac'n cheese with braised pork belly lacking. Braised pork belly should be juicy and succulent (like big chunks of pulled pork bacon), this was fried bacon. On top of this, its very dark with not a lot to give that darkness character. I enjoy coming here with friends for lunch but I wouldn't go on a first date here.
Food: 3.5
Atmosphere:3
Service: 4
value: 3 prices are mid range, 2 of us ate with an appetizer for $45 (thats without booze).

Excellent food. Ignore the breakfast reviews for Franklin's, they're for Toast, the breakfast/brunch place next door. Though they share an entrance, the level of food quality is a way different. Franklin's is WELL worth the trip!

There was like only 4 other customers in the restaurant... We were seated instantly but we kept waiting and waiting for someone to come back and take our order. Probably a good 15 minutes. The waitress and the other waiter were too busy talking behind the bar. Finally the guy walked by and I called him over to take our order. That was super frustrating. My husband very much enjoyed his meal. He ordered the bowl of green it was basically a green chili and pork meat with chips. I ordered a bowl of blue - it was like chili with corn bread. I wouldn't order it again tasted bland. my cornbread was burnt.

Can't say enough good things about Franklin's. They have the best monthly specials, creative appetizers, great steaks and yummy burgers.

New favorite place in Broken Arrow! First time there, our server Sean was great. The table let him pick each of orders from appetizers to entrees; and he was spot on on each one. Great server, service, and food!

We had a party of 20 for a birthday celebration come into Franklin's recently. James was incredibly accomodating, very helpful and exceptionally cool! Even with such a large party the food was served promptly and was so tasty that everyone was stealing bites from everyone else! A very distinct place with a unique menu that we will be frequenting often!

Lots of yummy food here! One of our favorite hangouts. Several new menu options recently & mostly new staff. Definitely need to eat here if you haven't! New owner is super nice!!

had a great visit last night, BBQ platter is much improved and the smaller plate for $18 is more than my wife and I could eat! Ribs and chicken were off the hook and delicious. Keep up the good work Franklin's! Will be back.

I’m not quite sure why the new owner changed up the staff. Please take this as constructive criticism. From a customer point of view you made a huge mistake. Service is nothing like it used to be. Everyone seems stressed, especially when you ask them for something. The wait time is crazy. While I sit here I’m hearing customers say, wait...wait...wait. It’s truly a shame... you used to have great servers/staff. I won’t be back. Btw... this is my second time to visit with your new staff. I thought I would give you another chance... same experience as the first. I used to enjoy coming in. Please notice all of the positive reviews on your previous staff. I am now at 9 minutes waiting for my check to be run. Just wow.... the responses to the customers is crazy. Concentrating on upwelling more than creating a relationship. Just sad. I wish you the best...but you’re going to need to fix this.

The best food and the best service. Thank you Zach! If you want to have some of the best food be sure to eat at Franklin's.

Went for the first time tonight, everything we had was great and there are a few things on the menu I can’t wait to come back and try! And $3 burger nights on Wednesdays is a great deal!

The pork rinds were absolutely stunning!!! They came out still crackling!!! WOW!!! 😲
The bartender Brooke was very attentive and sweet! Will recommend to anyone in Broken Arrow!!

Bad service. Small portions and overpriced. food was good. Steer clear! Way better places to eat on BA. The Tavern across the street is good. Also highly recommend The Cotton Patch and Oklahoma Joe's. The staff and cost, unfortunately, is the weak link at Franklin's.
Tasty Tulsa
Franklin's Pork & Barrel has a wide variety of dishes containing very creative flavor combinations. Some of the most notable sauces they use are the cilantro pesto, peach BBQ, and a poblano pumpkin seed sauce. And let's not forget the mango ketchup, which doesn't really taste much like ketchup.

We always get the bbq platter. But have tasted other things on the menu and everything is very good.
