My husband and I are very pleased and grateful regarding the customer service at this location. We had an issue regarding a sandwich and after calling/explaining and speaking to a very nice young man, he said to come in and they would replace our order right away! It's normally a very good Arby's location. I went specifically to get the new Chicken Salad sandwich, and was very disappointed. There was maybe 1 tablespoon of chicken salad, and it was right in the middle of the sandwich. The surrounding bread had absolutely nothing on it. Incredibly disappointing

HORRIBLE customer service. I received 2 incorrect items, and when I went back, I had to wait in line AGAIN, only to have the manager be RUDE and HATEFUL, not even apologizing. Then to make it worse, I filled out the survey TWICE, stating that I wanted to be contacted, but no one even contacted me.
Awful. Order was wrong and when I told the manager. She got rude and was hateful. Spent too much money to be treated that way. NEVER going back. Plus, my food was room temperature at best.
