Really good fresh food, really interesting concept. Pick your proteins, pick your vegetables, pick your base (rice or spaghetti) then pick your spice level and it's cooked to your liking. I had the steak Korean BBQ and it was incredible, my wife had the teriyaki chicken; the steak was the winner. The steak was very tender and moist but the chicken was a bit dry and tough. We'll definitely be going back here. The service was good, the guy cleaning the dining room could stand a little training, he was very noisy.

I got the creamy parmesan with squash, zucchini, broccoli and spinach. The veggies were tender but not over cooked, as many restaurants do. The spaghetti was perfectly cooked and the sauce was tasty. Service was quick and friendly. I will be back.
Also: Very generous portion. I was able to eat until I was full and have enough left for a second meal.

I went here with my girlfriend after church. I picked the beef/steak bowl with veggie base. Spice was level 7 out of 10. Flavor was Korean BBQ. It was really good and was a reasonable price!! They had a lot of vegan, keto, and gluten free options! I would recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I stopped in last week and the food was amazing. The owner and his wife are probably the nicest people I have ever met. They keep this place impeccably clean and everything is made fresh. It is one of the few "healthy" places I have eaten that I feel like I could eat at everyday. Fresh ingredients, fresh idea, and a breath of fresh air!

Great food & large portions. Staff members were nice. I made a carryout order of jambalaya for 6.95--not a bad price. Tasted great & had a variety of meat. The problem was that I waited more than 25 minutes to get my food. For carryout. The (build your own) plates seemed a little expensive, but now that I've experienced the quality & amount of food, I believe it's a good value. Not something I can afford all the time on a budget, but it is good, healthy food. I'm glad that I didn't try to wait in my car for drive thru...the cost of gas would have made this lunch super expensive.

When I am in the mood for healthy, tasty and FAST I got here. The staff is SO sweet every single time I go in and seem to try and recognize everyone. VERY FRIENDLY! The food and flavors and variety is so good. I haven't tried anything that I don't like there. Everything is good and portion sizes are worth the money which you don't find a lot. Very clean and I love what they have done with the place. I wish I could give them 100 stars. Definitely somewhere I will continue going for as long as they are around.

I have been to happy plate several times. The food is delicious, the staff is kind, and I love how much they let you customize your meal. Everything is so fresh too! I cannot say enough about this business. Skip the fast food and eat here.

This place is definitely one of my favorite places to eat. The combination options are literally endless with flavors from all over the world. You can get spicy middle eastern food, or a creamy pesto plate with pasta. The owner is absolutely amazing, and will remember your order after a few visits if you’re like me and get the same thing. I’ve never walked in and seen a dirty table. Everything is always so clean.
Try it. Trust me, you won’t be sad.

I have always found it difficult to give any eateries a 5 star rating but this one is well deserved. First, the flavors are amazing as well as healthy and I wasn’t aware you could put that much flavor into vegetables and chicken. Second, the place is spotless and the staff and service are also 5 star. Thank you for such a wonderful dinner. We’ll definitely be back!!!

With 14 made from scratch sauces, 16 or more vegetables, fried rice (not really "fried," just veggies added to it), seasoned rice, pasta, noodles or veggie base & vegetarian, chicken, beef, shrimp, or combo meat choices, you'll never get bored. Everything is made to order & they will customize your plate for you. My husband gets extra sauce for his rice. I get double of my favorite veggies. AND IT'S GLUTEN FREE except for the pasta & noodles. The chef let me read the ingrdients on the gluten free soy sauce he uses so I could be sure it was gluten free. They also told me which sauces had no soy sauce to be sure to avoid an allergic reaction. The staff remembered us the 2nd time we dined there. Healthy food can be delicious food.

Finally tried this place, very convenient to my home. Owners were very nice explaining the options and cooking methods. I was able to add lots of fresh veggies. Portion was huge, easily 2 meals. Delicious, so many flavor options to choose from. I can see this becoming an addiction!

I Highly recommend this place! It's sort of like a Subway, you pick your meat and veggies and sauce then they cook it up so it's hot and fresh! I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes to know my food is fresh and not something that was cooked hours earlier and sitting under a warming light.

I ate there today for the first time and LOVED it! The place is very clean and the service was awesome as well. I had the chicken with bacon alfredo sauce & added mushrooms & peas on pasta and the flavor was amazing! The Chef actually delivered the food to our table and I found out that the alfredo sauce was very healthy with less fat than most. The food tasted very fresh too. I will definitely be back!
