Starbucks - Broken Arrow - Photo album

Some of the greatest most friendly baristas, even if it's busy they pay special attention and a girl brought my dad his food and coffee to our table and made sure he didn't need anything. This made him so happy. He loves going in now. Thanks a lot.
The employees are run off their feet by app and drive through orders, so going inside was a bit of a bust. Coffee tasted like water. I noticed it was watered down, I should of said something. My son didn’t tell me it was watered down until we were home. Staff not very friendly.
Great customer service....but out of everything I wanted!
Drive thru was fast and efficient yet employees took their time and explained options. Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap and Mango Dragonfruit Refresher were both presented beautifully and were delicious!!

Some days they make it right and other days they fail big time. Won’t waste my time coming to Starbucks on Kenosha they make the worst drinks !!!! And than argue with you about what’s stander and not. Hello your drink don’t even look close to your so called stander picture every Starbucks has up !!
Most of the coffee at establishments such as this one are not even considerably coffee. It would be a lie to say anything more. That said, the sweet treat yummy tummy that I get after drinking a caramel frap is quite nice.
