Bartender wasn't personable and never smiled and salsa was terrible it had way to much garlic (I love garlic), but it overpowered everything so we couldn't eat it, we informed her but still got charged which is fine but not good business. Food was pretty good. We had an $80 tab and still tipped her $20 because she did keep our drinks filled and did a decent job.

Man, this place was pretty cool the first time I went a few months ago. It wasn't so great tonight. Service was almost non-existent. I thought that would change as they got less busy, but I was wrong. The staff were very friendly, but getting their attention or getting your oder within 15 minutes of ordering it seemed to be an issue. Food is good, drinks are okay (a little overpriced, but not terrible). I'll be back, but I'm the service I got tonight was a fluke. Will update/change my review if service is better next time.

What can I say about Potbelly's that hasn't been said about AID's. Devastating and should be eradicated. It's a sad place, I'm sad for ever going there. Unless you have no other option, avoid this place. But if you are older and maybe work at walmart, then this will probably suit you.

Several years ago me and my husband found out this place served brunch. We started going on the weekends for the outstanding breakfast....quality food and good cooks. Been going back ever since. The staff is friendly, the food is good, lots of lunchtime specials throughout the week.

My friends in BA love this place. We stopped here at the end of a motorcycle ride and they introduced me to the staff. I didn't eat anything but the nachos that past my table looked freeking awesome! I'll definitely be going back to eat! Drinks are reasonable price as well.

The food is good and the employees are nice but the service sucks. Takes forever to get a refill and i ordered a burger and 35 minutes later i still dont have it and an empty beer. Ive been here 3 times and service was the same everytimr. Sucks.... Sorry to say this but true.

4/17/2015. The bar tenders. From 1st shift.to 2 shift was so opposite from each other. I paid may tab from the first shift bar tender. I Specifically asked the bartender is this I owe she said at 30dollars even.. I choose to stay to mingle since it was FRIDAY. During the mingle a couple of regulars want to.but me drinks. I say sure. Well not knowing they put it on my tab which I didnt have a tab going. Also they left early then I did. I still had the same beverage I ended with the firs Bar tender then the second she chooses not to give me a drink . I didnt get.a.buzz how could someone get drunk if they done spent 86 dollars. I tried to dispute it not trying to cause a scene. I paid the total. But how could a.owner accept this kinda of behavior treating customers unfairly. As a matther of FACT THE BAR TENDER FOR THE SECOND shift STARTED FOR HER. She was drinking prior her shift.... I saw her taking shots. So being a business man I dont understand how could a owner let this happen at his OR HERS bar. . People please dont GO TO POTBELLYS IN BROKEN ARROW. YOU WILL GET ROB FROM THE BAR TENDERS.

At least they have free food on sun. If ur looking for a cozy little place where everyone hates there life and wants to tell u about it, than this just might be ur new home away fro home. They have the cheapest beer in town, & nobody u would ever admit to going home with. It's a dive on there best day of the week.

Potbelly's, the Cheers of Tulsa Metro Area. I'm a regular at Potbelly's. I live less than a mile from the bar (and grill...and it really is one, guaranteed!). The place reminds me of what is intended in the "Cheers" concept. All the staff (Kat, Rachel, Erin, Jeanna, Mike, Randy, Sedra, and the owner Ben) strive to ensure that their clientele feel at 'home' in the bar. I am one of those that will only go to bars that I feel welcome...I go to Potbelly's a lot. Scott.
