They are always busy so that’s no excuse. I ordered 2 meals with large fries. The fries were only half full. I told the guy that wasn’t going to work. I asked for another large fry to make up the difference and some ketchup. He brings me 2 more large fries half full. Is this the new norm? Charge the same for less product? Sweet tea was very hot straight off of the burner. Burgers were cold and had enough mustard for 3 burgers and no onions. Disappointed.

Inside was clean and employees very helpful. Burger was good. I almost cried when they told me that corporate had stopped the sale of the Mushroom Swiss. That was the one thing I Loved there. Don't get me wrong, make a good old fashioned hamburger, but the Mushroom Swiss was off the charts. Make you wanna slap grandma. Now downing this location whatsoever, but corporate, Let's Get it Together!!!

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Wait times are horrendous, don't go on your lunch break! It's typical that by the time I actually receive my order, everything is cold. Something needs to change. I gave them a last chance Saturday and I will not be back to the Broken Arrow location. They weren't even that busy, my food was handed to the wrong car in the drive thru and they remade it without letting me know. I went in to ask what the issue was and they said it would be about 1 minute on my onion rings, it was actually +4 minutes. Another employee then grabbed my order to take it out without communicating to the others. WTH. I then had to go outside to receive my order. It was only a chicken strip meal with a side of onion rings. There's no excuse for it to be a 30 minute wait.

FRYER BEWARE! Large french fries are supposed to weigh 6 ounces. Mine had 3.92. Is this how the manager gets his bonuses? Shame.

It was great very friendly helpful and fast service . This is always been one of my favorite places to go love the food food and the milk shakes are delicious! Would love to give a 5 star service but theres always room for improvement.

We love whataburger and since we're from out of town we go here everytime we're in town which is weekly!! We will be back but this review is in reference to Daniel that was working around 1130pm tonight. He had erased the screen so was confused on orders, when he ask what we had we told him 2 combos, he said oh that's easy. After sitting in the window for 15 mins he ask us to move up we said no then he started calling us petty and being disrespectful!! I spoke to manager and she said she would handle it and I really hope she did!!

This is not the best Whataburger to eat at. The food was not hot and freshly cooked. Also the French fry containers were not full and the cups had very little ice. Not at all what I'm used to from this hamburger place.

Two weeks ago I caught the manager smoking his e-cigarette in the food prep area. Notified corporate, guess what I saw again today, yep, same manager smoking his e-cigarette in the kitchen area! This is the Broken Arrow location on Kenosha and County line across from Lowes--food safety is not high on his list!

Whataburger is probably the best of the "fast food" burgers. Their French fries a excellent. The onion rings are made from real onion slices and a great batter coating. Try the root beer milk shake it is delicious. I recommend Whataburger.

It is the SLOWEST fast food place there is. I’ve waited for 25 minutes to get my food and 7 cars behind me have gotten theirs first. The people are rude and do not care that you wait at all. I bet they would have probably forgotten about me if I had not gone inside to get my money back for waiting so long. No apology or anything. Never going back again.

It is ridiculous to go through a drive through at 2:15 pm on a Sunday, sit there for 20+ minutes for 3 burgers and 3 medium fries, only to get home and have cold food. To tired to mess with going back, and calling never does anything. But seriously... waited 20 minutes for cold food??? How is that ok with you to send out?

20 minutes in drive thru line. Pretty simple order 2/# 5's . Get home ready to enjoy and no fries! My wife ordered onion rings. The bag was literally dripping grease . Not eatable! Burgers average but not even warm. Their 2 line system might be the dumbest idea ever!

I appreciate the 24 hour availability but the staff were not polite and told me I could not order a shake simply because it is 5 AM. I hate to be "that person" but if it's on the menu and the restaurant is open, I feel like they should make it. The cashier did not even greet me. She just walked up to the register and waited for me to start ordering. �

Just got home from WhatABurger in Broken Areow, OK. Paid quite a bit to try the sweet and spicy bacon burger, only to get home and have bacon on only half my burger?!! Soo aggravated!

I eat what a burger everyday at lunch. Your store at 101st and Memorial in tulsa has gone down the toilet. No buns for the burgers, 20 min wait time, wrong orders. I can't keep this up. Totally disgusted
