Picked up an order for customer. Was greeted and asked name. Lady told me she was finishing it up. Asked if I needed drink carrier. Sealed bag then caught missing item so she opened bag put in the item then sealed again. Overall good experience . This taco bell has been great to deal with past few times off 71st.

Standard Taco Bell, but my soft taco barely had any cheese on it and the tortilla was a little old. Staff was awesome as always. This one is open super late on the weekends and we appreciate it. Issues are rare here.

The Taco bell on North Aspen is so ridiculous. They mess up my order every single time and always , always forget 1 or 2 items and always forget the Fire sauce. I always ask when they hand me my bag if they remember it. I just cannot fathom how you can constantly mess up a Bean & Cheese burrito? Last time I went there , they forgot my daughters whole meal order! It is just insane. The managers and staff are incredibly rude and unapologetic.
Now when my family and I are craving The Bell we have to drive across town, which is a bummer because we litrally live 1 mule away from the Aspen location.

I usually go to the one on 41st and the highway to avoid going to this location. This location is just ok. Food is rarely fresh tasting and well prepared in my experience at this location. They won’t fully fill the taco. Sometimes inaccurate orders. One time we didn’t get cheese on the cheesy Gordita crunch.

went this week to get some taco bell, burnt food. nasty tacos, had to wait for a uncomfortable amount of time. they were out of beef, had to wait longer for the beef. no mexican pizza, and for some reason they were out of 12 pack of cinnabons. my chicken quesadilla was so burnt you could taste it in your food.

Nasty food, drive thru child handed me my mexican pizza and nachos out the window in a bag like it was a bag of books, so every topping was on the box and not the pizza or the chips, I said something about it and she argued with me that she did not do that, she then continued to roll her eyes up into her head then turn her head to the right and continue to talk smack about me while I was still sitting at the drive thru window, to a co worker! Very unsatisfied with the service and the nasty food!

I dont eat their i was with a freind and i think your prices are over raited he h hardly had any size of a portion for the items he got and i can say your food is not that great it is actually very low in taste so back to the prices you dont deserve to charge as much as you do that only makes good food places raise teir prices because you can run a chain to cover the bad locations

I've been to this taco bell 3 times. Every single time my food is wrong or missing. This time was the last straw. As you see my tacos were basically empty the my burrito was supposed to not have sour cream. Its even on the receipt. When I got home took a bite, ugh ... What do you know it had sour cream. Its really sad that the people who are managing don't even care about quality nor respect their customers to get the orders right. If it wasn't for the customers, you people wouldn't have a job.
