During lunch period, drive thru line wasn't more than 2 vehicles. The gentlemen servicing my order was both welcoming and patient. Even wished me a wonderful day before I departed, which I returned in kind. The Southwestern Brisket (with bacon added) and the Greek Gyro were delicious, being not too
Customer service could use some work. I was the only person in the restaurant and it took almost 5 minutes before anyone actually acknowledged me. Then when I was acknowledged it was a "Go ahead". Food was fine, just need to work on the customer service a bit.
Sat in the drive thru for 5 min with no response. Drove to the window and no one to be found. They were open and I took a picture of their hours to be sure. I was there around 10:25. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get orders correct. 3 classics, medium crinkle and medium curly fries AND a cup of cheddar isn’t that big of an order.
