The online order and pick up system said they were closed. I ordered two bowls of soup, got charged for two bowls but received two cups. It's kind of a long drive to fix plus they were closed when I got home. The sandwiches were good. My husband misses the the Pastrami and Swiss on Rye. Two large and one medium sandwich with two bowls of soup are $45, pretty pricey. You hate for them to mess up your order for that price.

I'm convinced that the only way this store is over 4 stars is because it's the only one in the area. Everytime we request a modification as simple as no onions on something, it almost always comes out wrong. No matter how many times we elaborate. On top of that, the ingredients (especially the bread) looks and tastes terrible and expired.

When we went before, pizza was served on small trays, now they brought it in boxes, even though we ate inside. and each time there is a difference in the taste of the pizza. we didn't get the same taste. most importantly the cashier was very rude. and she left the pizzas on the empty table next to us, not on our table, and asked us to take it from there. Her name was Evan.

I eat...LOTzkys...of Shlotzky's. Thats right, I went there :). Is this the best Shlotzky's in the Tulsa area? No, but its still 5 star, at least from the half dozen or more times I have been there this year. Their product is always fresh, well made, presentable (see pics), and reasonably fast. If you are in the mood for a delicious sandwich, I much recommend this over one of their competitors.

The inside was closed and there’s a sign on the door for pickup orders to be picked up in the drive-through . Having to wait in the drive-through defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. An employee was nice enough to bring my order out when I called about it. The size of the salad dressing given for the salad is ridiculous. It only covers a small corner of my salad.

We love Schlotsky"s! We have been dining at various locations in Oklahoma and Texas. We were alive and visited the first restaurant in Tulsa by Tulsa University over 40 years ago! We now order to go at the restaurant in Broken Arrow, Ok. It is always good. I also love the brocolli-cheese soup!

My favorite sandwich restaurant! They have done great adding things to their menu. I still love the Albuquerque turkey the best!
Toemaytoe
Pros: Their buttery, toasted sourdough bread is the best in town. Turkey sandwiches with mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and provolone cheese are delicious.<br/>Cons: Need more locations, a bit pricey.

Not up to par. I have ben going to this location for 4 yrs and just not up to Schlotzskys standards so I go to the south memorial location. My sandwitch was bland.

Sandwich was missing something, not sure what, but it was pretty bland. The barbecue chicken pizza had almost no sauce and was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. I love schlotzskys, but will never go to this location again.
