Customer service doesn't exist to these people the lady that took my money told me to hang on a second while she finished talking to her coworker about personal things then didn't even look at me as she was handing my my money to me and dropped half of my change but didn't offer to give me the amount she dropped or have anyone come around to get it she didn't even look at me just went on with her story. I had to pull forward to wait on "fresh-faced fries which were cold and there wasn't a single person in line behind me. This is the 4th time I've had a horrible experience at this location and I will no longer be returning. Good luck if you're going here.

Got dinner for my family Friday evening. When I got home I got my wife and sons food to them and go back to get mine ready. Opened my burger to add sauce and there is a BITE out of my burger. Called the store to let them know and they said they would be happy to replace the burger. I asked to speak to a district manager and was told they would contact me that evening. I just got a call today, Monday, from an office manager for the ownership group SKJ named Debbie. Now despite Debbie being several days removed from this incident and also not being an actual McDonald's employee, she assured me that it was impossible that someone would take a bite of my burger.
So avoid this location. They are more than happy to sample your food for you during a PANDEMIC!

If I could leave no star I would. I DoorDash here frequently and I am constantly told that the order isn't ready, and it pushes me past my pick up time. This use to be one of the best locations, but honestly has turned in to the worst. Take my advice and travel to a different location if at all possible. I have yet to come across a friendly and helpful staff member.

Used drive through. Good service, ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. Was a bit dry and of course smaller than they used to be.

Got large fries and wasn't even half full. Took it up to the front and she was unable to fix it says that was a large. Don't waste your money or time. There is no custmore service at this location.

The workers at the drive-through here absolutely kill it. My mother lives on Riverside, comes to BA once a month but they somehow remember her, her order, and totally kill it with kindness. Every time. It amazes me how consistent their positivity is. Give these people a raise yo.

I had to repeat my order three times at the drive thru speaker.. I asked specifically 4 creams and 4 sugars at the speaker for my coffee. Get to the window where I was asked to repeat my order again. I received black coffee. I then asked for cream and sugar again. I also asked for strawberry and grape jelly. She came back with strawberry jelly only and cream only. I had to ask again for sugar and I didn't even bother with the grape jelly.. Most of all I didn't receive my receipt. Which made me upset because I'm a business owner and I keep all receipts for tax purposes.

15 chicken nuggets when i paid for a 20 piece and no honey even though i asked for it and it was on the receipt, medium fries were half full and dumped out in the bag and the kid at the window shoved the bag out, said have a good day and closed the window. Your store needs to work on your customer service and give people what they are paying for. I wont be back.

Only giving you a 1 because I can't give a zero. How hard is it to get an order correct the FIRST time? Gave a burger instead of chicken, gave the wrong size drinks, and forgot to put fries in two happy meals, and didn't give a boy and a girl toy. Oh, and the lime that goes with the pico-guac sandwich was near rotten. Will not be going back.

Unfortunately the TVs did not have caption on. Carl asked ppl politely to turn on the caption. Guess what the man said? He told us 30 mins that someone will drive down here to give him the remote. !!!!!!

One of the workers told me that once she turned down a customer who was paying in change and told them to go to the credit union to get cash. When that person is your business i wouldn't turn them away.

Ridiculous service and only getting worse by the day. Went through drive-thru. I was rushed through so couldn't check the bag thoroughly, but did note that the 2 large fries were just dumped in the bag. Had to go back for a missing burger. Went inside and the girl tried to hand me one setting on the rack. When I asked for a fresh burger...she opened it up, touched it (!), stated it was still warm, wrapped it up and tried to give it to me. Gross! Manager came over...didn't do anything to remedy the situation. I did get a fresh burger, followed by lots of nasty looks and snickering from staff, including the manager! Btw...that burger she touched went BACK ON THE RACK to sell. Someone is going to get that burger without knowing it was fondled by her nasty hands. Ewe! My family used to love McDs. Now, it's a nightmare every time we give them another try.

Horrible service! Women rushed me threw making my orders (2 of them) when I asked if I could add something to my first order she told me I could at the window..Got to the window and she shit the window in my face and when I got her attention again she told me she can’t do that & I need to go back threw the drive thru..I asked why because I never heard of not being able to add a mcchicken to a order? She told me she is shutting the window & I need to pull forward because people were behind me!! All while there is a girl texting behind her in the window giving me rude looks laughing..I proceeded to the second window to another rude women she stuck her arm out with the order and never made eye contact,She then handed me my drink DRIPPING WITH POP FROM THE SIDES..I asked her if I could have a napkin or if she could wipe it and she yanked it from me and looked at me so rude..I know this is fast food but I KNOW McDonald’s trains there employees better then that.!! It’s not about making a customer happy It’s just do what you gotta do to so they can leave..smh

Employees are either stoned or just don't care. Drive thru ALWAYS takes at least 20 minutes. They get the order wrong 9 times out of 10. The entire place is filthy, sticky and disgusting. Management was made aware of a terrified child stuck in a highchair, was asked for a knife or wrench and proceeded to IGNORE THE CRYING CHILD! We will NEVER return and will be alerting corporate immediately.
