My mom loves this place!!! But I'm not even going to front, this place is mad chill. I really like coming here, and there food is pretty awesome. I hear there's new owners, but the place is still great.
The food was great and delicious. The service was also great definitely recommend for good food.
Maryann, our server, is an excellent waitress and a very sweet person. She checked several times to make sure we had everything we needed and she was very pleasant. The food as usual is perfection. I have been coming to this diner since the early 90s and nothing has changed. This is going to be my diner of choice from now on since I don't live far.

I came here for the first time with my friend. We love to eat and take food very seriously. We LOVED it / the menu here. Not only was the staff very nice , they did not pressure us into ordering , eating or leaving. My friend and I were catching up so we had no rush . We were there for 3 hours and did not feel it. It felt good to be checked up on by staff while still feeling no pressure to hurry up , order , eat and get out. The food was delicious, they served the food in a timely manner . I had french toast , I test it everywhere I go and this one gets a 10. The strawberries on top were fresh , the sausage was a perfect size not too thick but not too thin with no fat dripping at all. The portion was great. It was delicious. My friend's food also looked amazing and she scraped the plate. Eggs with bacon , home fries and toast. I will be going there and slowly trying other things on the menu.The place is also super clean which is a must for me. It is worth coming here for a nice big breakfast .
Great diner like many in NYC but conveniently located and given the neighborhood, they do a good job of keeping it well run and staffed; service is top notch. They even have a parking lot across the street combined with fairly suitable outdoor dining. Feels roomier than it looks! Breakfast items here are good, always fresh and coming out the door frequently for delivery. Been here many times and never had a bad experience.
The Tremont diner is a great place it’s very comfy and the people that work there are very nice/ the food as well is very good I would go a lot for breakfast (the coffee as well is like the best I had in a diner I like there coffee a lot) but I would recommend to come here for sure 👍🏼.
The only thing more awesome than the awesome food was running into a colleague from the good old days of Viceland magic. I’ll make this my new go-to diner whenever I’m back in New York. Thanks D. We did great work and we should be proud. They can’t take that away from us.

Parking is free. Staff and managers are great. They all welcome anyone through the door with a smile. Waitress is very courteous and efficient. The man who pick up plates are also courteous and friendly. The food was good, hot, and delicious.
This diner has to be one of the best in the Bronx! I come here often on the weekends and order the typical three egg omelette. My favorite is the spinach and feta and I would also highly recommend mushrooms and cheese. Its great for a late breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. If you get there before 11am, it tends to be packed. I will say they are super fast in terms of service! My breakfast order is ready within minutes everytime. The waffles, btw, are absolutely divine... so light and fluffy!
Friendly servers and huge portions. You get what you expect from a real diner which is almost impossible now. Open-face turkey is massive and real frame turkey, egg salad perfect and moist and all the breakfast items were great.
I have been a loyal customer here since 1994. I was 13 when I first ate here with my parents and little brother. Now, I'm 42 with a wife and 4 kids. We moved from the Bronx to PA, but we still come here to enjoy the food and talk to the wonderful employees here especially Anne. This is a tremendous place with excellent food and excellent service.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming to everyone. The food and price are pretty good. The restroom ate kept clean, and dining area clean as well.
I came again to treat my dad and hubby. And they enjoyed themselves, Maggie was our waitress and was a pleasure she was funny and caring. Made my dads day and the food was AMAZING!! I will always recommend this Diner to anyone who visits The Bronx. ❤
