White Castle burgers are always great and the super friendly interactions at the drive through window are always memorable. But let's be honest it's a White Castle so inside it could still be sketch.
this is the special "Castle of White" Impractical Jokers live and die by and I agree! always fresh food correct order courteous employees and the soda always on point. how all white castles should be!
I visited here November 4th 2023 and was greeted by Etta at the order intercom and she was so pleasant and gave us a happy goodmorning greeting which made us take note of she made our day she is customer friendly professional and an asset to White castle π° π β€οΈβπ©Ήβ€οΈβπ₯ππ₯°love her she should be a manager π
This place in comparison to the one that was on Webster Avenue not to far from Tremo t Avenue is like night and day. The Bruckner Blvd facility was so clean, uncrowded and the staff was so professional. I went inside to order instead of going through thr drive thru. They have plenty of parking. They were a little slow with the getting the orders to you but overall it was a very pleasant experience. My family enjoyed the food immensely and not one person got food poisoning or complained about the food which included: burgers with and without cheese, fries, onion rings and chicken rings and some drinks.
Always have to get a sack of double cheeseburgers when go back to New York City. These little burgers as usually delicious. They may be an acquired taste but I have been eating them for 60+ years. π
Taste like all the white castles π°. I must say that this location is incredibly clean and neat. I normally do not dine in, but I decided to stay because of the cleanliness
This location is clean and professional. The staff is always nice Etta took my order last time very sweet i would rather drive 20 min to this location knowing that the food and staff is good
What can I say? It's White Castle...we got a crave case and it was glorious. Service was phenomenal also. If you don't have a White Castle by you....I'm sorry.

4th of July,10 pm,after traveling 12+hrs to get to NY,with another 2 hrs to drive home.Stopped by WCoff the Bruckner/Bronx River parkway.The most beautiful woman served us and made our day!!Thankyou!!!
I don't care what the reviews say. I forget how elite White Castle is, until I eat it again. This spot in particular has great consistency. WC is the only FF place I can visit after 10pm and the food is not only BUSSIN, but it MIGHT be better than the day time. I came here Sunday around 12AM to order a #1 with a vanilla milkshake. The fries were hot and BUSSIN. The burgers were hot, fresh and BUSSIN. The shake brought me to the closest experience I've had that felt like "Heaven on Earth". This WC or the one on Bruckner is my go to. I will not tolerate any WC slander. Go to McDonald's at 1am and see how good the food taste, after waiting 35 minutes because the person taking the order is also making the food. It's Wednesday and I'm still thinking about that #1 I ate on Sunday. I might have to spin the block this weekend! White Castle is #1 as far as fast food in NY IMO. Don't @ me.
Been coming to this particular white Castle since I was a child having grown up in Soundview.
It's a fast food burger space what do you expect? The drive through is always fast Desire runs a good ship with her crew and everything comes out fast, hot, and accurate. And they are open 24 hr not like all the other ones that say they are and are not.
Very clean very friendly when they take your order. The most I like going to this π€ π° is that I s history I π seeing the good old days. For franchise they are very up to date. But that are spotless I have noticed every single time that I go to White Castle never complain about the service. You can go to this White Castle and literally enjoy whatever whatever you going to order they have a drive-thru parking space wheelchair accessory even you could go to the bathroom where your wheelchair that's how big is the bathrooms in this particular White Castle that's why I gave it four stars
I've been going to this white castle since I was a wee child, they remodeled the place and it's a lot cleaner and more pleasant an experience inside.
Asides from that it's a white castle, and the burgers slap. It's all about that soggy bottom bun that I find so good. The spicy cheese is actually spicy.
People that work there seem cool to me, ya know nothing to complain about.
Very clean, professional, and great customer service. I love my burgers steamed. The food is made fresh and hot. So good.
