The service was great the coconut shrimp was excellent the blooming onions was to die for and the steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the best was our waiter ken was excellent it was my sons birthday and he made sure my son was surprised with a piece of cake my he was accurate with everything the experience was awesome

2 people 20 minute wait. Waited 15 mins, section was overly seated. Server was overly extended but kind and communicative on the wait for drinks & food. Overall food was great, but drinks were weak floor felt greasy . It needs a good washing I felt like I was going to slide out the door.

Strangely for an Australian restaurant chain there was little to suggest Australia outside of some gauche canvas references to the Aussie flag and some generic photos which could have been a safari as likely as Australia. No Ayers Rock or Sydney Opera House. But these are minor points. Christina R., my server, paid scant attention to the table, touching base and then unceremoniously dropping the check at the table without enquiring if I wanted coffee or dessert (I did). While the food is decent, better than Longhorn Steakhouse, the service needs some attention
We waited for like 30 minutes for our order to arrive. Staff was nice and professional. Well done doesnt mean dry and chewy. No pink meat but please retain the juice. Thanks!!!

Our food was quick and tasted good. Our server was Christina. She was great. Attentive and accommodating. Lots of food to go. We ordered the robeye and grilled shrimp with Mac and cheese, sweet potato, baked potato, side salad and the blooming onion.
Went 7 mins after opening. Fresh n clean. Before too many ppl came in. Bread was soft & fresh out of the oven. The wings for appetizers were delicious π hot n fresh. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Nice crisp and juicy. Always enjoy a sweet potato w extra cinnamon & butter. The bartender Carina made me a strawberry kiwi Rita 10/10. Definitely would prefer Carina over any other bartender that has served me b4 at this location.

I went to this location here at coop city just on friday and decided to go to this one cause it was my birthday so wanted to see how this one was, and it was the best one that I have been to so far. The food was so delicious and we enjoyed ourselves.
It was a great expirence and i really enjoyed my time with my mom this year in 2023 for Halloween
we only took the appetizers and beverages. the blooming onion and blooming shrimp was real good. they don't have any halal options.

My friend and I were craving some good food and a comfortable atmosphere so we made the trip up to Bay Plaza to visit Outback. I must say it was worth the trip! Our waiter Robert Johnson was on it! He was incredibly polite, attentive, consistently checked in, let us know when our food would be out, and was overall a pleasure to be served by. Our drinks were never empty and everything from the bread and drinks to the dessert was delicious! We miss having an Outback in Manhattan but we will definitely be back here!
The 270 Baychester Avenue, Bay Plaza Bronx, New York location has changed for the better. Thank you to Jen the GM and the new tall female bartender that looks like a runway model. Jen you keep your word, know how to retain business, and recover. Excellent bar experience with the new bartender and great conversation. Good experience all around. Both of you were much needed in Bay Plaza Bronx locations. I will be back. No complaints.
First and foremost, Great Customer Service! Warren White , our server was very attentive and polite. My steak was cooked to perfection. Definitely coming back soon!
From start to finish wonderful service from Warren our server. Was my son's birthday so we were a large party and he took care of us with ease. This is my son's favorite restaurant chain and he was not disappointed. Glad to see improvements in the customer service. Food was good but a little heavy handed with the salt especially on the baked potato skin.
The food and service were great, I just wish they'd turn the lights up some and add more liquor to they're alcoholic drinks which were giving juice over liquor. Try the chicken ribs, yes it's just chicken but omg they were delicious π good luck getting a togo tray for your leftovers because you're gonna clean your plate. All in all 8.5/10

We have gone to few different Outbacks and for a mall Outback and not a stand alone restaurant this was probably the best experience we have had. Warren White was pleasant, knowledgeable, quick, and attentive. I especially appreciate my order coming back correct.

Been having a great time here after losing access to the Outback on 23rd Street. This is my third time here and the service has been very consistent. This time around, my server AJ was very attentive and was able to accommodate specific requests I had for the preparation of the food which is highly appreciated. He made the experience super easy and made me my friend comfortable right away. This is the experience that I look for after a long day of work!
