I love there curry goat very tasty and delicious.. Beef patties are good as well.. nice portion of food for ur buck.. love the guy who takes my order he is so respectful and always happy and loves his craft and I respect that.. EXTRA GRAVY PLEASE LOL
I’m honestly in love with there beef patties. The best I ever had. Like in my life no cap. The flavor is amaze and the patty is nice and flaky. My sister lives around the corner and brings me two every time she comes to visit.
Just found this hidden gem and I’m glad I did. I’ve tried almost every Jamaican restaurant in the area and this does it for me. The quality & taste of their dishes and overall customer service is incomparable to say the least. Would recommend the oxtails, baked mac & cheese, and jerk chicken.
Shoutout to the owners for their hospitality and patience - a new relationship was formed in the process.
P.S - if you see the Nigerian currency on the glass window, tell them I sent you!
I've been going to CS for almost 10 years. My cousin use to deliver to them also. The food is great, the staff is wonderful and kind. The cod fish balls are mouth watering delicious. You will not be able to eat just one. Nobody makes its like them. Shout out to Ms Blossom and the brother's over there! Thank you for making some delicious food for the Bronx!! Great black business to support in the community we live.

Fisrt time here and some be the last. Oxtails are flavorful and fresh. Prices are reasonable as well and the lady at the register is sweet :). I recommend them. Give it a try!
Best Jamaican food in all of the Bronx hands down! Very friendly service and they make it with TLC. Amazing flavor and portion sizes. Do yourself a favor get a large and what you don't eat take home for later. You thank me.
All the dishes are nice but oxtail is best in NYC.

Best original Jamaican spot in this side of the BX.. Been following this chef since he cooked in Gerard 15 yrs ago. He's been holding down the best dishes for yrs. Very friendly,respectful n courteous.
This Jamaican restaurant is the best in the Bronx. The food is cooked with lots of love and Roy is awesome. Cost reasonable, selection of food is diverse. CK it out for yourself. Yummy!
I was introduced by my WWIi vet grandpa that passed away at 98 years old this past January. I frequented this restaurant wkly , 2014-27....grandpa requested oxtails for lunch every Saturday and was generally disappointed when the restaurant closed Veterans Day 2017. In memory of my gpa I purchased oxtails last night 12/16.... I opened my meal tonight and was disappointed to find the majority of the oxtails were burnt. I ate the 4 that were not burnt but, the flavor was as amazing as ever. For $15 in the hood the server should have been aware of the burnt meat and not sold it to me. Dissapointed on the Grand Concourse 😡
Authentic Jamaican dishes. The best oxtail I ever ate. The portions are big and the prices very reasonable. It's a must try.
