Love Panera! And s/o to the associate, Roderick. He was super sweet and had great customer service. I was surprised, yet very happy to receive that kind of service in the Bronx. Keep it up!
The Cobb salad I ordered from Panera Bread was good. I requested turkey instead of chicken which came with the menu because I eat chicken all the time. I looking to order the salad again in the future.
Panera Bread needs to open another Bronx location especially the South Bronx. I live and work in the South Bronx. While I don't mind traveling to go to Co-op City, it would be great to have Panera closer to me for lunch. We don't need another McDonalds, Burger King, Checkers, Kennedy Fried Chicken.

Pretty great quality in this Panera. The parking outside is small but there are more spaces in and around the mall. It’s not actually attached to the mall itself so it makes navigating it simpler. Service was really good and the quality was surprising. This place has been here for years and I’m happy to see that at least the quality hasn’t gone down. Seating can be hectic if you come at the wrong time, so be aware
Not bad. Food is good. The bathroom was horrendous and the lady at the register was very unhappy but she served us without giving us any attitude. I understand a job that standing on your feet for 10 hours is extremely tough so i was sympathetic. I am a return costumer because i feel comfortable there and the soup is great
It’s a good Panera bread. It’s a busy location and usually everything is in stock on the menu. I usually have minimum to no issues when I come here. My food is quicker here than other locations so I always come back.
Great vibe, Amazing Food, and AMAZING service! Everyone is so Kind and smiles all around. Makes me keep coming back. I will suggest there Lemon Cookie it taste like Heaven.
I visited this location just for their delicious everything bagel. This location has a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. The location is in the bay plaza mall center and directly across from chase bank. The staff is so attentive and friendly. They serve with a smile and that is awesome especially in the mornings. The iced coffee was good and the food was fresh and delicious. This location is clean and COVID restrictions are minimal to just wearing a face mask upon entering. I will definitely be back and I recommend this location for all your Panera favorites.
I typically do pick up orders here and it’s usually on time. Some moments of late orders but some of the staff were great.
Ok for what it is... nothing special. Pleasant, homey atmosphere. Staff are nice. Have had better and worse food. Would go back if no other options.
Staff were helpful and gracious. Dining area is open and bright with big windows which give it a very warm and personal feel. Definitely a good choice if you want to get out but be in a relaxed atmosphere. Also, my first restaurant experience after I got my vaccine which helped! Thanks, Panera!

My Saturday morning treat after working all week. I’m hooked on this Vanilla Cinnamon Roll! And also the bear claw. I love this place! Great and friendly customer staff. 😀
The manger Gus was very helpful and took time out to provides us with options and discounts. I have visited this location for many years and the food is worth the wait.
