This is my favorite Jamaican restaurant in the bronx. The food always tastes fresh, they give good portions and it’s flavorful! I got a medium oxtails with rice and peas steamed veggies and a side of Mac and paid $24 which is definitely worth it! I crave their food often.
Not worth the money.
Lighting was dim in the establishment. I didnt see the prices. After ordering the server gave me this huge piece of macaroni &cheese and shrimp. She charged me 22$ for that and 20 for medium oxtail. With tax I spent 46$ I asked if she had a smaller size shrimp meal she said no w
This food is so worth it, nice customer service with food lined up like a buffet of so many choices. I had the curry goat that falls right off the bones, with rice and a side. I would definitely come back.
Food was good but I didnt get my fair share of mac n cheese. And my veg was missing!! But always go back to demand what you paid for.
We went one Sunday after church and we got fried chicken, curried mutton plus a serving of wings. The food was fooding!! Cheers to the chef!!
The. Best. Fried. Chicken. & Rice. Ever. And the oxtail gravy, ughh soooo bomb. It has this perfect spicy kick to it, it's unbelievably delicious.
After partying and coming home, this si my go to place. Fried chicken is top teir(every friday i used to have to get my $5 box).....the branch on 223rd I think has the best sweet chili wings with rice and peas. The only crazy thing is the parking most times to get in but otherwise...I love this plac
Just got soup, so will have to go back to try other dishes. Recommended by a friend. Get there early, some dishes was selling out. So it must be good! 😋
One of my go to spots for Jamaican food decent selection, the wait can be a bit long at times but the food is real good, a lot of double parking on a tight road if you drive
