It's a bit pricy but the food is good and the place is clean.
Joyful Dragon is Bu-Sy! The food is good, they are clean and even one busy night, delivery is fast!
I missed them during covid shutdown.
The lady can be loud but she doesn't have time to "keep company" on the phone, place, pay (you can pay with CC) and hang up.
Great food. Great service. I certainly recommend it for anyone. Either you choose to order a quick lunch or a large family dinner, you can always count on Joyful Dragon to bring you the best food and service among the other restaurants in the area.
Best Chinese food this side of town. The extra prices are well worth it. Fresh, flavorful and the customer service is nice too. My new go to spot.
