Much better than I expected for its location and not as crowded as you might think. It’s in co-op city I went at 3pm expecting crowds and long lines. It was easy to park and only one person ahead of me on line to order. I was worried about the after school crowd however they kept to themselves... food was delicious fresh bread is soft meats aren’t fake. Only down fall was when I went the restroom was out of order.
My meal was what I expected it to be. Damn good. The fries were hot and fresh and the amount if bacon on my chicken sandwich was very satisfactory. Usually the bacon is sparse but not this time! Pretty great after dealing with students all day.

This location is in a small shopping center. Plenty of parking is available. The staff is very nice and professional. I cannot say a bad thing about them. The store is pretty clean especially since no customers can do indoor dining.
I ordered a large order of potato cakes. It was a little oily but still good. I received it hot right out of the fryer.
The store accepts contactless payment if that's your thing. I believe they have a 'happy hour' between 2pm-5pm. Certain menu items are reduced in cost.
I used to love this Arby’s, and would come here when I’m in co-op city. Now it seems that this Arby’s is closed because the doors have chains around them. I came there at 5pm yesterday when they should still be open and it was dark inside but with all the ad banners in the windows. However, I can’t find any information regarding whether or not this location closed and if this was recent, because I came back in June 2021, and it was open for business. 🤷♂️
Arby's has food combinations that are unique and that taste amazing. I am glad that they have opened a location in The Bronx. The other locations were too far, by a New Yorker's standards, and would only get visited if I were in the area. Been there three times since they opened, tried three different dishes, and Arby's hasn't disappointed yet. The location is clean and neat and the staff has been always helpful. The bathrooms were also clean at the times that I went. Overall experiences have been wonderful to date. Keep up the great work Arby's Team.
I ate the amoke brisket aandwich and it was delicious! And also the mozzarella sticks :)
It’s ok, didn’t try a sandwich yet, will update when I come back again. Never been to Arby’s and it’s pretty cool. I liked the food and will return, seating area isn’t that clean but it’s fast food so I wasn’t expecting much. But the register and behind looks clean and well put together to get orders out quick. Didn’t wait long for my food and it was yummy.
Great variety, sliders are best bang for your buck. The girl at the register should be more professional and not complain about customers not knowing what they want while ordering. This is the only Arby's in the bronx and many people won't know what they offer. Great food but needs better staff.
Delicious food and the help was really friendly and kind! It was my boyfriend's first time trying Arby's and he thought it was amazing. He said we will definitely be back!
It just opened, so everything is new and clean. Definitely would enjoy sitting here and eating ( I had takeout), there are television near the entrance and different styles of sitting arrangements. Friendly & courtesy service. I love places with self service fountain drinks, so that's a plus.
I had the chicken corden bleu and it was delicous. Also had the classic roast beef, a bit dry side, but i didn't add any extras to it.
I will definitely return, this is a breath of fresh air, of places to eat in Co-op City.
I’m so impressed that Arby’s finally arrives in co op city. My meal came out amazing and the curly fries and shakes fills you up especially their fish sandwich. Keep up the good work Co op city.
Can't complain about fast good food
The staff is great. They patiently answer questions about their menu and I noted them engaging with a few senior citizens who were interested in getting help to choose healthy menu items.
