I've been going to Bay Plaza BK for years, it's always been pleasant experience. It's usually clean, and it's definitely spacious. Plus the short cut through the mall to the movie theater (or vice versa) is awesome. Now Bay Plaza BK is even better with the addition of the two touch based machines. T
Please get rid of those darn kiosks!!! They are confusing, unsanitary and just a waste of time. I rather wait on the line and place my order with a cashier.
