This morning I went to order a breakfast sandwich and orange juice. The food was hot and good. The lady was nice and she was very friendly. I will go back again.

The restaurant was not crowded. Comfortable seating . They have a machine for ordering machine. I over ordered since it was my first time. I paid and didn't complain. I will try it again

I've been going to Bay Plaza BK for years, it's always been pleasant experience. It's usually clean, and it's definitely spacious. Plus the short cut through the mall to the movie theater (or vice versa) is awesome. Now Bay Plaza BK is even better with the addition of the two touch based machines. This help with the lines. Keep it at two though, I like to see people employed 😉. I recommend this BK, it looks mostly modern and the service is good.
Please get rid of those darn kiosks!!! They are confusing, unsanitary and just a waste of time. I rather wait on the line and place my order with a cashier. The machines make you go through the trouble of ordering and then are unable to take your payment. This is not from just one experience. Four times in a row, I've waited to key in my order on the very confusing layout of the kiosk and had to go to the register anyway. Besides that, there's always a ling line to pick up your food.
Typical Burger King chow, but atypical wait times for your food due to being understaffed and overworked most likely. This wouldn't usually be such a big deal except this is during the dinner rush when they should be fully staffed and ready. FYI, this is a store in a large strip mall, so there is no drive thru which is probably a good thing considering how slow the service already is.
They have reopened, and the staff is so nice and food always hot and fresh.. Restaurant is very very clean! I go there every morning and the manager is very nice and welcoming
