I paid for a slice of pepperoni pizza and a soda today and it was great. The thing is that I left the change I received on the counter by accident but I didn’t fully realize that I left the money there until I got home. Kuddus the manager was awesome and he saved it on the side for me, thank god no one took the money, but he made sure it was safe and ready for me to come back and get it. I really appreciate Kuddus’s kindness and doing the right thing! He’s awesome! 👍🙏That comes to show there are still good honest people out there! Thanks G! Much respect brother! 🙏🙏🙏

I'm giving them five stars because one thing you can't teach or train a person to do is "customer service" Customer Service is all about an experience, preferably a great one. It involves being attentive, engaging, knowledgeable and pleasant. MOSES gave me and my son all of that while I did a lil retail therapy shopping today at Bay Plaza Mall. I could see he was smiling the whole time even while wearing his mask. His energy was awesome! Oh and my son loved the pepperoni pizza and breadsticks as always. Keep up the great work!!!

The pizza was good however I take one star out for unfairness. I went with my mother to buy her regular order a slice of veggie pizza and a small order of ziti. The customer in front of us ordered a slice of veggie pizza and then added a small order of ziti when she saw my mom’s order. The cashier and customer were both Hispanic. My mom and the customer both refused the drink that comes with the order. The customer was charged $9— while my mom was charged $11–. They were both charged a different price for the same identical order. This is what NYC has become. If you look like me and you speak my language you get special treatment. This cashier displayed racism by charging two different prices for the same identical order. A cheaper price for the Hispanic customer and a more expensive price for the non Hispanic. To be fair it was either you charged both for the drink or you charged neither for the drink.
