I had a bad experience this evening with my favorite fast food restaurant. My family was forgotten about twice in one visit and our food came out cold. 5 stars because this is my 1st review of this otherwise awesome establishment. I believe you deserve 5 stars for being great during my past visits.
This location is always busy. Though, they have curbside pickup down! I would recommend only doing curbside to save you a hassle and the wait... If you don't, you will be stuck there for at least 30mins waiting in line to order and another 10-15 for your food... The chicken is delightful!
The food was hot and fresh, and the wait time wasn't that long even though it was busy. If I had to say one not so good thing, it's that the gentleman that took our order was not very friendly.

Always love their food and their customer service is impeccable. Awesome personalities, fresh food, and hardly ever waiting more than 6 minutes in the drive thru or the inside after you order. The best hands down

This place has gone downhill. Their food isn’t fresh, they forget food and they will give you 1 sauce for a $60 order and give an attitude when you ask for more. The Pewaukee location is a lot more friendlier and the food is always hot and fresh. I will no longer go to this location.
