Run through the drive-thru all of the time for a quick lunch. I have never once had an issue with my order. It is always correct and the staff has always been friendly. I will continue to go on a regular basis. Thanks Cousins for your great service!!

I went through the drive through here to get dinner for the family after a work conference ran late. I don't come out this way often so I've never been to this restaurant before. Order 3 subs with fries and drinks. 2 of the 3 were made incorrectly. We said light mayo on one and there was so much Mayo it oozed out all sides. Very rude and condescending general manager! Received a sub with a piece of meat, and hunks and hunks of Mayo. She did everything but laugh in my face, even though the smirk was there. I wouldn’t let this Cousins make a sandwich for my dog 🐶! Thanks I will never go here again.
