They burned my noodles? Lol…
This is the first time I’ve ever gotten noodles where they burned my noodles… also when I walked in no one greeted me. I just stood there like a deer in headlights while the blonde girl packed to-go orders. She looks all bothered and irritated, like she’s sick of her job. Not friendly at all, throwing people’s orders on the table after screaming their name and walking away in a huff. Who you putting on this show for?
Anyway, it’s not hard to say “I’ll be with you in a second.” But observing her passive aggressive behavior I think that ship has sailed. Also at 6 o clock she’s aggressively putting chairs on top of the tables to close for the night. How inviting for customers. Oh wait, she doesn’t care.
Someone just said “thank you!” To this girl and *no response*. People like this ruin restaurants and a company’s image.
I would personally fire her and recommend she get a warehouse job instead where she doesn’t have to talk to anyone.

The absolute worst food I have had all year. I literally threw my food out because it was so gross. I urge anyone reading this to go elsewhere or you will be wasting your money we got 4 dinners and they were all very poor 2 were not edible

Broccoli in my noodles completely raw. Noodles undercooked. Man the quality has really gone down. Corporate seriously needs to follow up with this location.

we walked in and you had to do online ordering only which is frustrating within itself, because they had about 5 employees in there and it’s not that hard to take peoples orders. i also sat and watched them complain about getting one order in. ONE. lmao. this place is embarrassing, everywhere is short staffed right now, i’m sure they can handle taking orders. it’s just lazy. and not only that but the chicken in the chicken noodle soup was rock hard and tasted nasty.

Went to order some food and I have to place the order myself. There are people working there yet they can’t have anyone walk to a register and take your order??? That is the dumbest thing ever! People then can’t pay with cash and they are making customer service non-existent. It took me 10 minutes just to place my order because I am doing their job for them which J was not trained to do!!! Forcing people to place their orders this way is absurd and lazy! I eat here at least twice a month but not anymore!!! Do better Noodles- do better!!!!

Lunch for our office staffs pickup order at this location is always ready about 5 minutes early just as I like it! It's a clean building, plenty of parking and I'm in and out in 2 min flat. I've never had a complaint on order mistakes. They are on point and pay attention to detail when it comes to customizing dishes for the non mushroom or onion liker...etc. I've been to a lot of noodles locations throughout the years and I have not had one single disappointment with this one and I've been going 3 years now.
