Made an online order for pick up. It contained only rice, guacamole and pickled onions (missing protein, queso, 3 salsas, lettuce, and beans). Called the restaurant 3 times. First time it rang without answer for 6 minutes. Second call, 8 minutes with no answer. Third call, 3 minutes with no answer.

Wow I thought I was the only one! For some reason it seems like qdoba only hires extremely rude people. I haven’t eaten here in years due to the lack of good customer service and also they took away the gumbo sauce

The manager was extremely rude and hostile from the moment I walked in the door. The workers however were very nice and seemed embarrassed by her behavior.

Slow service, when told the soda machine was running out of syrup, nobody could be bothered to refill. Kinda the definition of meh.
