What happened to Dairy Queen?
We bought a Dairy Queen signature Fudge & Crunch ice cream cake yesterday. My whole family is very disappointed! As you can see from the pictures, the first one is from their website. The second and third one are from the cake we bought. The inner crunchy part which is hollow and takes half the volume of the cake, is filled with loosen Oreo crumbs and has no fudge. The bottom part barely has an ice cream layer.
We bought a cake back in October, it was hollow then, we thought it was just our bad luck. But apparently, our luck runs out from DQ forever.
We always loved DQ’s ice cream cake; unfortunately, the quality is getting so poor. That’s really a shame!

Visited Dairy Queen on Wednesday evening to celebrate the end of school year. Facility was fairly busy, but wait time allowed us to view menu to make decision on icecream treat. Seating very limited with outside patio seating wet after recent rain. Treats delivered timely and all made according to order. There was a steady stream of customers while we were there which made for a noisy atmosphere and cramped quarters. Plan to order and eat elsewhere for a more enjoyable experience.

I ate at this location for the first time today. The food was soooo fresh and delicious. The brownie oreo cupfection with caramel instead of fudge was the BOMB. I will definitely be back

We love Dairy Queen. The service was anything but fast but the kids looked understaffed and very happy to serve us

I came in today wanting to use a coupon for a free DQ 8” ice cream cake and the “New” owner said they no longer honor them (no expiration date). I wanted to use 1 of 3 coupons that I had, meaning that I had purchased 15 full size sheet cakes from this store.
