I had not been to a Boston Market in many years since they closed the locations near my home. I hope other locations in the Milwaukee area are better because I remember great food. This location served me rock hard potato wedges, an old pot pie and mac and cheese that could have held bricks together
The food is good. However both times I've ordered online they don't know I ordered and it's not ready when I get there. Also both times I realized once at home they forgot to give me things I paid for. Not sure if ill go again

Had to wait on chicken because it wasn't ready yet. Said it would take 10 mins but they forgot about us and it took nearly 20 mins. Food had been sitting in the hot plates for a long time. Didn't look fresh at all.
I called ahead and my order was all ready when I arrived. Great family style dinner and apple pie. Try the cranberry sauce - terrific.
Staffing needs to be worked on. 2 people on a Saturday night is unacceptable waited 30min in line. Hygiene as well. No gloves? Wiping your nose? Not a good experience
Pretty consistent quality food, but service is very hit-and-miss. A lot of times you can have your patience tested here.
