Won't be back to this location. For 1, this is the only Potbelly that I've been to that does not serve the salads with the meat warmed up. Today, I ordered a chicken club and it tasted like old leftover chicken that's been sitting out. "loaded potato" soup was very bland.

Never had a problem with my food but I feel like ab inconvenience to some of the workers. They're so rude with the way they act so annoyed to be there.

Food was perfect. Customer experience was the same. We love Potbelly's for their consistency and quality. Sandwiches, soups, salads, cookies, all good in their hood. Yummo!

Just like most locations, this place is the bomb. The Wreck has always been my all-time favorite sandwich and you guys make it perfect. I never order anything else.
