This was my first time at Cinnabon! Let me just say, my kids and I couldn’t be happier! These Cinnabon’s are friggin’ bomb! Took 5 of us just to eat two. Haha

The two ladies working this afternoon were great. I got to watch one of them make the cinnamon rolls and she was very friendly. The cinnamon rolls were delicious but a little expensive.
Usually fresh Cinnabons... We attended the Brookfield Mall location. Glad to see them still in business as the food court is quickly becoming an empty atrium... I hope they survive because my wife and I have been coming here every time we visit Brookfield Squares.
I love Cinnabon, however, not from this location. We walked up to the register and the girl walks away and stands in back to look at her phone. One of the other girls came to the register with a horrible attitude, it was like we were bothering them. The Cinnabons were dry 👎. Just bad!!
Cinnabon cinnamon rolls are the best, hands down!! But they clearly need to up their customer service game. I approached the counter and was not greeted at all by the cashier standing there - no smile, no words, nothing. I was smiling as I approached. We ordered and the other worker, Tom, interrupt
