I placed a $30 order online so I wouldn’t have to walk in and order the food. In the past I never felt the need to check my food before I left the building but I definitely regret not doing that this time around. The food was very cold. Almost like it was pulled out of a refrigerator. I ordered a chicken bowl, tacos and salad. Everything was cold including the taco shells. Mind you I live 10 mins away from this location so I was not late picking the food up. The chicken in my bowl was very burnt. All I could taste was charcoal. I also asked for extra corn and was still given one scoop. I always get the mild salsa as well but I literally only seen like 4 squares of the tomato. Very disappointed in the quality of the food. I definitely will not return if I can’t receive what I pay for!

This is my favorite Chipotle location by far. The employees are always very hospitable and are spot on with my order customizations-no need to cross my fingers in hopes that it’s done correctly! Highly recommend this Chipotle for a consistently positive experience.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I payed over $30 dollars and this is what I get. A bowl with literally A half of scoop of rice and burnt chicken. My burrito was also was very small and I didn’t get any queso with my order. Waste of money and will never be going to this location again.

Ordered a bowl with double protein and got a pretty empty bowl as a result. You can see from the picture the single fajita vegetable that was included. We’ve had better experiences here in the past but in the last few months it has been getting worse. What’s perplexing is that on this bowl there were almost no rice or beans which are both inexpensive and non-perishable so those don’t seem to be the primary cost drivers.

Ordered online to pick up and will never do it again from this location. I honestly had maybe 10 bites and it was gone not worth the $9 you pay. Definitely go in and tell them rather than trusting them to make it. They got there wages to go up but them skimp on the food come on.

Usually I don’t leave review for any place, but this one is TERRIBLE! We ordered 2 bowls online and we picked it up on time, both of them are so SMALL! The rice is UNDERCOOKED! Everything is cold! Waste $30!

Chipotle was a good place at one point.
Lately it’s been nothing but disappointment.
At this location and all other locations.
Food isn’t all that great .
You get lesser and lesser food every time.
The workers look like they don’t want to be there , and you still have to pay close to 15 bucks a meal !
I used to recommend chipotle to everyone, I’m not going there anymore myself or recommend this restaurant to anyone.
As a matter of fact if someone mentions chipotle I will make sure to let them know about my bad experiences .
Sorry chipotle you went from a 5 star fast food place to a zero star never to go to food place . 👎👎

Chipotle has took a turn for the worse during pandemic and has recovered. I will never eat here again after being served food that's old and getting short scooped meat and paying 13 plus dollar for horrible food.

As I sit here this place has like 6 small kids in it not including mine, and no changing station in the rest room. That's ridiculous for a big national chain.

To the girl at the Bluemound Brookfield location: No we indeed did not have corn on our burrito, so thank you to the other employee for very nicely giving us a little container to take home with us. We did hear your snotty remark about how there *was* corn on the burrito as we walked away. :) Tastes good, as always, but just keep the comments quieter.

Fast and efficiant. Delicious. However the lobby was dirty and dusty and the staff could have been cleaning since it was after 1pm in stead of on their phones standing around

Walked in at 8:15 on a Sat night. Ordered hard shell tacos but they only had two (weren't planning on making more I guess). Then we were told by the cashier that we couldn't sit in the middle section because she was going to wash the floor. I asked for lemons and they were apparently out (or just didn't want to cut more, who knows). Then we couldn't find any garbages because they had already emptied all but one VERY overflowing garbage. Very disappointing staff this evening.
