All Around town (Hillside)
I don't goto McDonald's to often but I was in the mood for some breakfast and I haven't had the pancakes in the longest so I got myself the big breakfast. When I got to the truck it didn't have the pancakes. When I was in line the guy I was working with kept saying with or without I didn't get it until I looked in the bag. I was still happy with what I had it filled me up and I just put syrup on everything and put it down. It was better then what I thought. I will be back to get another one but this time with pancake. The eggs were hot and the coffee was strong. I had a great experience here and I will be back to eat again.

Not the best, but far from the worst, it seems as though the second I walked in, they seemed very annoyed, just by me merely existing in their establishment. I noticed anytime they'd serve another customer food, they tended to be a lot more courteous and friendly, but when serving me, they seemed to have an attitude and would give me weird looks. It took me a while to process the fact that the restaurant was kiosk only somehow even when there were massive signs indicating such, so that resulted in me waiting for 11 minutes at the counter, which is fine, it was a fault on my behalf, right? Well, I thought so as well until I realized they served others who were waiting at the counter for the EXACT reason, right away, without waiting 10 minutes to say something. The inside is modernized, exterior is traditional, and I think that's the only they they have going for it. I tend to be in this area a lot, being a local photographer, but I will try my best to avoid this location, if I can, although I do have to give them their credit where it's due, my order did arrive a lot sooner than I expected. Wait was almost non-existent.

Mc Donald's was good. But my battery died and I needed a jump. I politely asked some patrons to no avail. Some of them apparently weren't listening because they called the police. I had 4 squad cars there for a panhandling complaint. AND I WASN'T PANHANDLING! The McDonald's was good though and let me keep my ride in their lot overnight.

McDonald's is going downhill fast. Coffee machines, frappe machine, shake machines, broken, out of soda, and the burgers are salty as hell. Breakfast sandwiches are still good, but if you can't get the drinks you want, what's the point of stopping.

Dont waste your time here. Waited 15min just to order at drivethru, then 10min later an oriental female employee shoved our bag of food out the window with not even any eye contact. AVOID!

Not only did they not answer the second drive thru. After being stuck in between cars for 20 minutes but, they didn't come to the register for another 10. Letting everyone that used the self checkout skip me. Then they took another 15 to get my food. Horrible

The food was very warm and tasted like the old McDonald's. No dried out bun, or reheated feeling.

I just went through here and got a breakfast sandwich. As soon as I pull the sandwich out of the bag I can see a long hair coming out of the wrapping. I open the sandwich and the hair is completely in the sandwich (see picture). I work in food service and I honestly find it hard to believe that this long hair wasn't noticed when the sandwich was being put together, or at least when it was being put in the wrap or in the bag (the hair was dark and noticeable). It's a very disappointing way to start my day. Everyone there seems very nice, but I won't be back, this is just too lazy for me to trust them to make my food. Especially with everything else going on, food safety should be top of mind.

Horrible. Waited over 30 minutes for hash browns. Asked person at the counter and she just turned around and walked away. Then I leaned over the counter, and demanded service and someone had the gall to say to me please move there are customers waiting. I said I am a customer. Demanded manager give me a full cash refund. I was getting irate at not only the slow service, but the horrible horrible attitude.

Can we do less than one star? I was in the area for a work conference and have never had such poor service, slow, rude and dirty. Don't go here.

By far the worst service.... waited in drive thru for 15min... they then come out with only 2 happy meals. I then explain that half my order is missing. Guy goes inside, then comes back out and states, "well we need to see your receipt.. U didn't give me one.... then asks me what my order was, I tell him again... he goes inside and comes out goes to the car next to me and tried to give the rest of my order them... then brings it to me and stated I think this is yours... I check it and of course it is missing a cheeseburger... then they finally bring that to me and I can leave 25min later!!! People want to be paid $15 per hour and can't even handle getting a simple order... Ridiculous!
