I have never been to such a dirty Panera before. The trash area was spilling over literally. Tables were all filthy. Fabric seats were torn. Carpeting was sticky and full of food and paper. I mentioned to the staff behind the counter and they said “ok.” Likely understaffed. Not crowded.
My encounter with the young man who took my order was friendly. When I asked for the receipt of my order, he refused me. I also tipped him. The man who was behind me received his receipt. I speculate that the man who took my order overcharged me. To deny me the receipt for my purchase didn’t sit rig
Meh coffee is empty 4/5 visits and they open at 10am now so this place is lame. Just close the place down so we can a non franchise mom and pop shop that actually pays their employees to want to come to work each day.
Hate this Place as far as they do not have PRINTED MENUS. If you go online YOU MUST REGISTER which leads to many texts & emails.....and still can't download a menu.
Anyone who does go online for these types of restaurant apps is opening the window for hackers, fraud...etc
I had a okay meal, I had the Mac and cheese sandwich but the cheese wasn't cooked all the way there was little uncooked cheese balls in my sandwich, The manager Kristine is yelling at all the employees like I haven't ever heard before I definitely did not have a good time today due to there services
