Been going here for years, food is always good, staff is usually a bit robotic.
Went in and had Ernest helping today and probably the first person I've seen there who had a personality. Was friendly, conversive and attentive to his job at the same time.

I know what you're thinking my hungry friend. "There are so many deli style burrito joints- What makes Moe's so special?" Well let me tell you. It's not the Salsa bar, though it IS always fresh and delicious. It's not their impressive variety of flavorful ingredients (who else has 2 kinds of rice And quinoa 😍, raw, grilled, And pickled onions, etc, etc) It's not even their fantastic weekly specials (💓 Burrito Monday💓Stacker Thursday💓) No. All those things make Moe's wonderful, but what makes them special is the great folks who work there. They are just so nice. They make you feel welcome and cared about. They make you not even mind waiting in line for 15 minutes because there's only 2 of them working and you can see they're going as quickly as they can. And when it's finally you're turn, you know it's going to be so worth the wait💓🌯🌮🥗🍜💓
